Lakefront home on Saunder’s Lake. Located 600ft from the dune entrance and a five minute ATV ride to the beach. Purchased property to build new home in a few years. We enjoy staying there so much that we decided to rent out the current older mobile as an opportunity to stay lakefront 600ft from the sand until construction begins for a fraction of what the price will be after we build. We have propane grills, kayaks, canoes, 2 large boats and lake floaties. The Beach and toys are shared between our three homes. This house, the 3 bedroom (two queen beds, one twin bed ), one bath A-frame features a large deck right on the lake with unending gorgeous unobstructed views! The living room has a electric fireplace, huge screen TV, and giant reclining couch. Ladder-like stairs to second-floor. Master has TV & balcony. There is also a "bike barn" to securely park your quads.

All wheel drive or four-wheel-drive is required to drive the 300’ gravel driveway to the house!! Or park at top. Enjoy kayaking, swimming in summer or just sitting inside or outside watching the water and the neighboring birds - osprey, heron, geese, ducks, and sometimes bald eagles. 3 kayaks with a release. Off season it’s very quiet offering a personal retreat.
