It is newly renovated, with all the comforts and new furniture, as well as thermal insulation. It has two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs; and kitchen, bathroom and living room downstairs. It is ideal for any time of the year; it is not hot in summer, and in winter it has a wood stove that heats the whole house.
