This AirBNB Host was very responsive, and the property was absolutely as expected and then some! It was very clean, full of supplies and very easy to find in a safe, well lit area!! I definitely did appreciate the level of detail and cleanliness of this property & I will rent again if needed.

Great little spot. This rental has everything you need. Forget something-they got it. Very clean and modern with thoughtful touches. Had an extended stay here and extended for longer. 1 bedroom with loft that owner made into another bedroom for me. Loved it. Great deck, stunning lake view from all the windows. Owner very responsive to any needs. 100 percent recommend. Neighborhood lovely and quiet. Amazing respite.

This was our second stay at Michal's place, and it was as wonderful as the first. The apartment is very nice, has comfortable beds and is very well equipped. It is very cozy, was spotless, and well stocked with bathroom and kitchen supplies. Michal was also incredibly nice and responsive. We will look to stay again next time we're in the area.

My friends and I (4 adults) had a fun couples weekend and really appreciated the stay! The space was a great size for all of us, and it had a lot of thoughtful touches like extra towels, clear instructions, and even games to play together. We had a great time and, despite a few things we noticed, it was overall a good stay and I’d probably stay again. Pros: • When we first walked in, the place smelled super clean • Spacious enough for four adults to feel comfortable • Extra essentials provided in case we forgot anything • Convenient and easy parking • Tons of games to play, which was such a nice touch • Ice already stocked in the freezer • Clear instructions and a very welcoming host • location, close to all the places we planned to visit Cons: • We found a bug in one of the rooms that was a beetle and the host was super helpful with that situation • There was hair on the beds, in the shower, and even in some cups in the kitchen . Neighbourhood caught us off guard.

I've stayed in several places but Kg's stands out as the best place. In general the place is comfortable,peaceful and private, Appliances are new and house is sparkling clean with simple functional layout plan. Parking is private (not in the street). Each room has modern functional AC with remote control for heating/cooling. Kitchen has latest LG cooker- highly efficient. washer and a fast drier was great. The 2 bedrooms are separated but not too far from each other with a lot of storage available. I really loved the cleanliness and effort made by KG to make the place comfortable for a family trip. I Will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful experience! We traveled to New Haven for a concert. It was only a 15 minute drive from the home. The Airbnb had everything we needed such as extra towels, snacks, and even a homemade candle, which smells lovely. Ryan was quick to respond and made sure we had everything. I would book with them again.

Selestria was super kind & supportive! She made us feel welcomed and made herself available for calls if needed. The home was clean and nice looking :)

We loved our stay here for when we visited New Haven! The place was clean and worked perfect for our dog! We loved the farm outside and the peaceful and private area outside. Would stay here again!

Fantastic home! Our host was incredibly friendly and quick to respond. Location is very walkable with lots of things to do and places to eat. Had a few amenity issues but our host was quick to offer alternative options and additional services. Would love to be back :))

Absolutely fantastic place to stay if you are ever visiting or traveling I would highly recommend this place everything about this stay makes you feel at home !! Host very respectful and responsive anything you need (if needed ) she’s right there to guide you and another thing is this place is very convenient around shopping centers , grocery stores, Planet fitness, etc !! Sheber was great to deal with for this stay. She was helpful at check in time, answered questions quickly and was clear in directions. The location is walkable to Yale campus- where we saw a show at the bowl. There a couple restaurants nearby for casual food. Parking was easy. The apartment is cute and kept up nicely. AC units in the windows kept the temperature cool.

Grahams place was perfect! He went above and beyond and put together a crib for us super last minute. Location, communication, cleanliness was all 10/10.

Dawn and Bob’s place is one of the top Airbnb’s we have stayed in! Top notch in every way. It was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. And on top of that Dawn and Bob were the most friendly hosts we have met! I would recommend this Airbnb without reservation and will be back whenever we are back in CT!

Charles’ apartment was on a beautiful property in a serene neighborhood! We encountered some unique wildlife, which was a highlight of our trip! The inside of the apartment was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Charles was responsive and kind and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet summer getaway!

We had a great stay at Andrew and Jessica‘s place! Jessica was super responsive to any questions or requests and quickly resolved any minor issues. The room was the perfect size for my wife and I. Bed was comfortable and the entire studio was clean. Short drive to the wedding we attended at St. Clement’s Castle in Portland. Awesome coffee shop, ECO Coffee, is within walking distance, so is the Rails to Trails walking trails. Perfect alternative to a hotel!

The place was immaculate and Shawn is an amazing host. He responds quickly and ensures his guests are consistently good to go. Nice location, convenient to lots of things in a quiet neighborhood. I would definitely recommend!

My family enjoyed their short stay at Camilla’s apartment. The apartment was a beautiful place.

Place was nice, exactly what was listed. Cozy space, cute red theme. Small but very clean bathroom. Air conditioner provided for room. I was happy with my stay! Door to get into the airbnb was annoying, it is a storm door, rather than a regular door with steps down. The ceiling is made only of wood above the bed, so you will hear EVERYTHING from upstairs, including footsteps, sitting on the bed, etc. and it sounds amplified. S.P’s initial message seemed very strict, but I asked questions and realized it is just a copy and paste message that she sends to everyone. Her instructions were very clear, could be warmer and more welcoming. WiFi was not provided until I asked. Over all, it really is a no-frills place and it gave me what I needed. Fees are high, though.

Marge was an amazing host who went to effort to ensure we were comfortable and taken care of. For example, in advance of our arrival she asked what type of bread and juice we preferred and if we wanted milk or cream for our coffee. She providd fresh eggs and even sent a dozen to our daughter who lives down the street. The apartment was welcoming, clean and cozy. The kitchen and pantry were well-supplied to meet our needs. We will definitely stay at Marge's next time we visit our daughter.

We enjoyed our stay. The space was amazing and spacious for five adults. Our experience with Jose’s listing was outstanding, from the cozy bed to the stunning views every morning and the timely response from Jose. It made the family trip a memorable one!

We had a wonderful stay! Gabe was a very welcoming host and shared some great local restaurant recommendations—highly recommend checking out Casa Nova on River Road. His two dogs, Molly and Nate, were also incredibly friendly and added a warm, homey touch to the experience. The apartment was spotless and filled with thoughtful notes that made everything easy. A special surprise was the bag of everything needed to make s’mores left for us—such a sweet and thoughtful gesture! The pool area offered stunning views, and the hot tub was clean and perfect for relaxing. There’s even a hiking trail accessible right from the property, which we unfortunately didn’t get a chance to explore—but it’s a great bonus for future visits. This place truly felt like a little piece of heaven. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Jim’s place will be where me and my little family of2 will be every trip to ct. first Jim was very responsive during the booking/messages process. He was very sweet and understanding. Coming into the home it’s a cute space very open. Upon coming in we were welcomed with a welcome note that was so cute! We also had a very clean and private space. My wife is has ptsd and doesn’t sleep well other places then home but at Jim’s she was sound asleep and was able to have a peaceful stay. From the annuities that was very considerate. There weren’t the cheap hotel stuff that is usually in Airbnb’s. They were nice namebrand, considerate things along with appliances. Jim was very responsive and actually checked in a few times just to make sure we were having an absolutely great stay.

Brittany is an incredibly kind and responsive host. Everything in her place is pristine and lovely, making for very comfortable accommodation! From an easy check-in to a great location for enjoying all the local activities and restaurants, it’s a great choice. I do wish I’d taken the very few reviews that mentioned street noise more seriously because one of my family members is a very light sleeper and had an extremely hard time with the constant traffic that doesn’t really end at any point in the night or early morning, and the beeping at the crosswalk (we think that was just a temporary issue given no pedestrians were crossing most of the time). The noise machine and ear plugs that Brittany thoughtfully provides didn’t help them, unfortunately.
