Grandaddy’s house is on approximately 4 acres of land providing comfort along with peace and quiet. Only 2.5 miles from downtown Warm Springs. Our home is a quarter mile from a railroad crossing (and this is a community built around the railroad) so you may hear trains going by. Most people find it charming, quaint and pretty typical of a small town. Kids love it.
