Grandaddy’s house is on approximately 4 acres of land providing comfort along with peace and quiet. Only 2.5 miles from downtown Warm Springs. Our home is a quarter mile from a railroad crossing (and this is a community built around the railroad) so you may hear trains going by. Most people find it charming, quaint and pretty typical of a small town. Kids love it. Smart TV’s W/ firestick remote So you can login in to your own streaming account and local channels are available. (No Cable TV)

Peaceful get away. Walk to pond, trail in back of property. Even though this space is attached to house, there is no access to the house. Complete privacy.
