Sparkling clean flat in Guildford with parking

Come and stay in our refurbished flat in the basement of our Victorian town house. Guests also have a beautiful light-filled lounge. We have just added a Nespresso machine and pods! Spacious for couples & business travellers. Very close to Guildford's historic High Street and 2 minutes from London Road Guildford train station. Shops, restaurants, G Live Arts Centre, Yvonne Arnaud theatre, Guildford Castle and Stoke Park are all within walking distance. Guest parking for one car on the drive.

Opposite a green, and Whitmore Common, it has a double bed, ensuite bathroom, storage space, work space with excellent Wi-Fi, TV, and free off street parking. Small kitchenette with microwave, toaster, kettle and tiny fridge! Perfect for solo traveller and easy access to Guildford town centre, the A3, and Waterloo by train.
