Nice house with a beautiful garden . It is basic but clean , very good beds . The fridge was broken down , so ask if the new one is already installed. The house is very close to chogoria to enter Mount Kenia . Hellen is very responsive and Martin the caretaker was excellent !!

This place was awesome. It's clean, well maintained and far exceeded our expectations. On top of it all, Eric is a great host! Very friendly and helpful. There's a caretaker on the property too who is on hand to help in case you need anything. I'd be happy to come back again and again.

We decided to treat ourselves on our camping roadtrip with a night at Stephanie. Late midday we stumbled upon this place and didnt look further. Luckily Stephanie responded within 5 minutes that we are welcome for the night. We were welcomed by the lovely Agnes, she lives in the house next door. And she is in for a good chat, wants to show you her shamba (veg garden) and she helped me to learn how to make chiapati. The house is amazing. Wide kitchen, very comfortable bed and bathroom. But the view from the terrace is out of this world. The perfect sundowner with wide views on the Lewa Conservancy. Even without binoculars you are able to spot elephants, oryx, gazelles and osstrich. I highly recommend this place.

John and his family were wonderfully warm and accommodating. Their communications were timely, concise, and full of helpful advice that made our stay that much more enjoyable. As soon as we stepped into the old farmhouse, the pleasant and thoughtful designed interior captured our attention. The meticulous attention to detail produced a warm and welcoming ambiance that immediately felt like home. The amenities were excellent and well above our expectations. A good night's sleep was guaranteed by the comfy beds. Additionally, the fast internet connection allowed us to stay in touch. Our experience at the old farmhouse was fantastic and established a high bar for subsequent Airbnb stays. We wholeheartedly recommend staying at Old Farmhouse if you are traveling to Meru. We are grateful to our host for making our stay so special and enjoyable. We hope to visit again soon!

Home away from home. The place is serene , the environment is beautiful 😍. We went for a nature walk around the home and we loved it.

We were in Meru for visiting family and needed a place for 3 couples. The space and the garden are beautiful. a spacious living room and kitchen with a lot of amenities. A very friendly housekeeper and the brother of the owner giving us direction how to find the place. It was not easy to find the house but that might also be caused by the fact that I did not have internet connection to put the pin. The brother and housekeeper did everything to get us in the right direction. Unfortunately we could only stay one day. If you are planning for a trip with family or more persons the house is extremely well, well located near to Meru. And around Meru there are many things to be seen or visited although this time we only had time to visit and see the family.For sure when we return in some weeks or months we will book this location again

A beautiful stylish eco retreat - a lovely getaway and peaceful weekend away with friends. Sarah was accomodating and a good communicator and Kelvin and Albert were friendly and helpful. As listed, the house is quite far from Nanyuki town, so make sure to take all your supplies with you- and a 4WD was needed (especially in the wet season!) Thanks for a lovely stay!

We had a great stay at Casey's Executive Penthouse. Everyone including the kids enjoyed the additional space inside the apartment, on balconies and also the private front porch. Definitely looking forward to our next visit.

Was a real in and out but would love to go earlier next time and enjoy the garden which looked really tranquil . Rooms were big and spacious and the house clean with decent wifi

We had a great time at this place. Everything about our stay was exactly like the host promised. A clean, private home in the most calming environment and a host who considers every aspect of her client's comfort. What more could I ask for?

The Apartment is tastefully decorated and has a comfortable feel with all necessary appliances. The house was very clean and the backyard is a great chill out point. It's a convenient location from town and quiet surroundings. I would definately stay here again

The house is very spacious and modern, the furniture was very well chosen and laid out. The rooms were big and had ensuite bathrooms. The house interior is well done. Some downsides, the outside area of the house is not usable, since its technically unfinished. The area is also dump and the lighting inside the house is not good. The rooms feel dump. Overall, this was an okay place.
