Peaceful and airy, our centrally located cabin feels remote, but is just minutes from downtown Grand Junction amenities. Biker/Hiker Dream Location: 5 min drive to Lunch Loops mountain biking and hiking trails, 2 min bike ride from the driveway onto Little Park Rd, 13 minute drive to Bang's Canyon Trailhead. 5 min drive to yoga studio, groceries, and coffee. Cleanliness is our #1 priority! Bright and intentionally furnished with decor by local artists, our heart has gone into every detail.

Top of the Mesa Lookout Tower

Centrally located in the Grand Valley, on the edge of a Redlands Mesa, sits our Southwestern adobe style house. An outside staircase takes you up to the tower guest room. There is ample parking and a culdesac. It's fisherman friendly with a turn around driveway to accommodate dories or rafts. The valley is known for its orchards, wineries and vineyards. Explore the Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park. If you like getting away to a peaceful and quiet retreat, this is the place for you.

Multiple access points to the Grand Mesa, the ultimate outdoor playground for snowmobiling, hiking, motorcycling, ATVs, UTVs, fishing & hunting! Extra parking for motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, or snowmobiles! YMR permits guests to bring one furbaby without pre-approval ($100 pet fee still applies). Come experience a cozy, modernized historic home located in the growing and gritty mixed industrial/commercial/residential community near downtown Grand Junction, just blocks away from the Riverfront and Las Colonias Park. This convenient location does mean you will hear the TRAIN. However, 99+% of our guests don't even mention it (see our reviews)! No pets allowed. The house sits on the same property as our strength and conditioning gym.

The Solargon

The Solargon is inspired by elements of Asian yurts, Navajo hogons and Native American hidatsa lodges. Combined with passive solar design principles, the solargon is an octagonal structure designed to take full advantage of the sun. The vaulted ceilings and plentiful windows make the solargon bright and inviting. This is a perfect spot for solo travelers or couples looking for a quiet, off the beaten path place to get away from it all.

Sleeping accommodations are 1 queen bed separate but not private from living room area and sofa bed. Sofa pillows remove to become "twin" size bed Suitable for 3 adults max or 2 adults 2 children. Not suitable for toddlers.
