Upon arrival the house was simple to access and very clean. The backyard is comfortable and well laid out. The kitchen had everything one would need to cook a meal on the stove or BBQ on the grill out back. Host was very responsive which is always appreciated.

This is a spacious modern home near the top of Black Mountain looking west. Nestled on the side of the mountain with a 40 store high view across the valley. Beautiful sunsets from the second floor deck or patio below. Kitchen is well appointed and modern. Everything works. Spacious bedrooms. Very quiet yet secluded. Nate was a great host.

We are local and our air conditioning broke down and we needed a place *fast* -- Kate was super responsive and even pushed back a routine exterminator service she had planned to have on the house. Let us check in early which was almost immediate (for a fee). The house is extremely comfortable with lots of thoughtful touches and a great pool table.

This served as our meeting place and a place to relax during a family wedding weekend in PHX. We loved the pool, ping pong, bags, and best of all, Rockband! The whole house was clean, super cute and modern and has everything you need to R&R! Thank you Michael for the nice stay.
