The hostess was a lot of requests on all the issues that were passed, always very kind, polite and considerate. The house is very cozy and whoever stayed there were my parents, as children we were not so worried due to the time alone , as we saw that they would have a very quiet accommodation. Recommend with eyes closed ♥️

Brand new and very cozy apartment. Very clean and smelling linens. Excellent hosts. Victor responds super fast and Rachel, who welcomed us, was extremely friendly, as was the building's caretaker. The only negative point was the fact that the bathroom in the suite had no door, but nothing that was so serious.

Perfect apartment! Very tasteful architecture and decoration and with a wonderful view! Think of a relaxing experience, you can read a book and have a coffee in that armchair overlooking the lagoon! We were delighted. I would like to mention Leonardo, who prepared everything for us to have an unforgettable stay. We were greeted with a glass of wine and he even took care to leave coffee capsules for every day of our stay. It's that care that makes the difference! Thank you Leonardo! I had a wonderful stay at Paulo's place! The space was spotless, cozy, and even better than described in the listing. Check-in was smooth and communication was prompt and helpful throughout. The neighborhood was peaceful and conveniently located near a variety of shops & restaurants. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Very stylish beachfront loft with beautiful views of Barra Beach. The loft has everything you need for a peaceful and comfortable stay. Conveniently located near Beach Bars and a quick 5min walk to Avenida Olegário Maciel loaded with restaurants, bars, a gym, and supermarkets. The front desk is very helpful during your stay. If you are looking for a less touristy spot near Rio with less hustle & bustle than Copacabana, this is the spot at a great rate.

I loved the accommodation! The apartment is super clean, fragrant and well cared for, in addition to being very well located, which made it much easier to get around. The space has functional home items that made all the difference during the stay. It's really worth it, I'll definitely stay again!

Great flat, it exceeded all my expectations. The quality and care in every detail made me super satisfied. I can only say that the host himself was excellent too, the care, the attention, the proactivity with the guests are things that we don't see much nowadays, especially in the part of welcoming us personally. This apartment truly exceeded our expectations. Airy, bright, and impeccably furnished. The view of Ipanema beach is breathtaking. We felt completely safe at all hours, and the location couldn’t be better: steps from the beach, close to everything we needed. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, and the internet was fast and reliable for work. Mario was an outstanding host — responsive, thoughtful, and clearly passionate about hospitality.

The apartment is fairly organized, clean and comfortable. Spacious bathrooms with very good showers. The rooms have good space and plenty of comfortable mattresses.

The best location in Barra, the apartment matches the photos and descriptions, the building is easy to get around, it's a quiet place and the environment is always clean with the daily cleaning that is done in the apartment. Mr. Mario is very attentive and available! I'll be back!

Apartment remodeled to new, with complete equipment (for example, with towels, chairs, umbrella and beach refrigerator), everything impeccable, functional, unbeatable view, perfect condominium and location (right in front there is a supermarket and just below, a restaurant of first class international cuisine, two blocks away: pharmacies, service station, bakery, etc.), the beach in posto 7 is one of the best and quietest in Barra. In short, unbeatable from every angle, thank you very much Romeu and see you next time (which will undoubtedly happen).

Very nice apartment! Comfortable, facing the sea! Maria was very kind, she kept our bags on the last day and left a bathroom free for us until 5 pm, so we could bathe before taking the night flight! He welcomes you with gifts and mineral water!! Impeccable, thanks for everything!
