If you're visiting Palermo, this is the place to stay! The apartment is huge with a great balcony that overlooks the busy main strip below. There are countless restaurants and bars nearby, and the beautiful historic buildings add to the charm. Just a few blocks from the ocean, it’s central to everything. The host was fantastic—very responsive and respectful of our privacy. Highly recommend!

We stayed in Salvatore's apartment for a week, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Salvatore was extremely kind, accommodating, and provided clear explanations. The apartment exceeded our expectations compared to the photos, and the neighborhood is peaceful and secure. It is impeccably organized and fully stocked with essential facilities. The apartment is spacious and luminous, including a practical storage room and a charming garden. We look forward to returning to Salvatore's residence in the future.

Lidia was the most friendly host and the apartment was great! really spacious awith a cute balcony. It’s located in the center so easily walkable to the main attractions. Highly recommend!

Rosario is the best host I've ever had. He is kind, caring, helpful, thoughtful and even offered to pick me up at the airport since I arrived in the evening. He regularly checked up on me by text during my stay and was very reactive to my queries. He also sent me loads of recommendations of places in Palermo. The flat was clean and nice. I 100% recommend. Couldn’t ask for a better location! Right in the centre of everything but tucked away so it felt peaceful and quiet. The airbnb was lovely and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Daniele met us by the apartment in person which was very appreciated and he made us feel welcome. We would definitely stay in this apartment again! Perfect!

The owners of this charming North-facing little flat overlooking the sea are doing everything they can to make it pleasant and comfy. It's tastefully decorated and roomy. We appreciated that Giacinto put on the heating before our arrival in the first week of March to take off the chill. It must be very pleasant in the heat of summer. The heating/air conditioning unit worked very well. The kitchen is well-equipped. Note that it is 25 minute walk away from Cefalu center. The plus side is that it's very peaceful. We enjoyed hiking in the neighbouring mountains. The apartment is accessible by car through a narrow, hard to negotiate access lane (choose sub compact rentals). Allow also for very steep stairs up and down which you will carry suitcases and supplies. We appreciated that we were given several bottles of water because the tap water is brackish. You must observe septic tank “etiquette” (dispose of soiled toilet paper in a bin) and there is a bidet for those who prefer.

Amazing location in old town Palermo ... Vucceria. Location was ideal for walking just about everywhere. Outdoor dining with great food almost right outside the door. The ONLY thing is the noise at night time. Angelo supplied is with earplugs for a reason. 😀 Apparently there's loud music and partying every night in this area of Palermo. Easy solution was to move to the inner bedroom and problem solved. Some of the best food in all of Sicily. A 5 minute walk to I Quattro Canti. Wonderful!

Très jolie maison de campagne dans un environnement rustique, à 10 minutes d’une petite ville avec les commodités, dans un immense parc rempli d’oliviers, décorée avec beaucoup de goût et lumineuse. Belle piscine propre et bien entretenue, sur une jolie terrasse, facile à vivre. Sanitaires propres et belles chambres lumineuses et spacieuses. Très belle pièce à vivre, toute blanche avec de beaux objets authentiques. Seule la cuisine manquait un peu d’équipement (pas de plat à four, portes des meubles un peu bringuebalantes…) mais pour une semaine cela a été très suffisant. Nous avons passé une super semaine très apaisante, au calme, dans la belle maison de Claudia. En voiture, beaucoup de sorties faciles à prévoir (Palerme, Trapani, Erice, différentes plages…)

Elina's place is cozy, well decorated and comfortable. It has all you need for your stay. The two bedrooms are comfortable and there is a lovely sunrise seeping in on sunny mornings. The ouside area is too cluttered with plants to make use of and we were hoping to enjoy more of that beautiful view from the house itself. The location in Sant'Ambrogio is ideal, right next to a small supermarket, a café and a restaurant where you can sit to enjoy the aforementioned view. You can walk down a long staircase to the beach from here, which is a gorgeous walk too. We have small kids so we preferred driving to Cefalù (10min) where there are more amenities. Castelbuono is also reachable by car in only 25min. Elina is friendly and welcoming and we enjoyed our stay a lot.

Wir hatten ein wundervolle Zeit. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig in der Nähe vom Strand. Der Garten und der Pool sind toll. Die Wohnung war super sauber. Aber am besten war Umberto unser Gastgeber. Super freundlich und er hat uns die besten Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Ausflugsziele gegeben. Sogar den defekten Backofen hat er innerhalb von 4 Stunden getauscht. 10 von 10 Sternen. Nochmal vielen Dank für den tollen Service ❤️

Emplacement idéal, avec une belle vue qui ajoute vraiment au charme du séjour. Le logement est propre, bien entretenu et très agréable. Roberto est un hôte accueillant, disponible et vraiment amical. Je recommande vivement !

L'appartamento è molto carino e centralissimo, da qui, infatti, è facile muoversi a piedi per qualsiasi zona si voglia visitare! La casa è pulitissima ed è fornita di tutto (anche di tappi per chi soffre di un sonno leggero). E' stato davvero tutto splendido: Palermo e i consigli di Eva sono davvero preziosi, per chi volesse respirare un po' di autenticità fuori dal canonico giro turistico. Spero di tornare a Palermo e di tornare da Eva :)

Desideravo un appartamento lontano dalla movida palermitana ma nel contempo raggiungere il centro in poco tempo e l'appartamento ha soddisfatto pienamente le mie aspettative. In se l'appartamento si presenta silenzioso, grande e ben distribuito nella metratura tra zona giorno e zona notte. Donatella abita nello stesso palazzo ed è sempre stata attenta alle mie richieste. Sono assolutamente soddisfatto anche perche in poco più di 15 minuti si arriva al centro con il pullman 101 che passa ogni 10 minuti oppure, come nel mio caso, ho affittato un monopattino. Inoltre l'appartamento è in una via laterale alla via della libertà dove passa anche il bus che in 30 minuti porta in aeroporto. In definitiva se amate la vita del centro ma poi la sera voltere stare sereni e tranquilli l'appartamento è assolutamente perfetto!

Bartolo was a great and generous host. He welcomed us with a nice plate of delicious Sicilian desserts. The flat was also clean, fabulous and well-equipped in a great location. It’s in a really charming local neighbourhood. The host is pretty attentive to his guests as he has always provided us with help and useful recommendations during our stay. If we’re back to Palermo, no doubt we will book this place again!! We’d like to thank Bartolo for the yummy coffee and croissants that he brought us for breakfast when there was a technical issue with the stove! Certainly Bartolo managed to fix the stove problem in a few hours.

The place was great, very central, close to many of the spots you might want to see in Palermo. Because the street was undergoing works (May 2025), there was no noise from outside as people were not circulating as much. The place was just as in the photos.

Il nostro soggiorno presso l'appartamento di Riccardo è stato estremamente piacevole. Lui si è dimostrato sempre disponibile anche per servizi aggiuntivi come il deposito bagagli e il check in posticipato.

Logement confortable et bien décoré, très fonctionnel doté d'un lit ainsi que d'un canapé Lit et de tout le nécessaire pour faire la cuisine. Salvatore est très sympathique et peut se rendre disponible si besoin. Emplacement idéal proche de la gare mais aussi des principales attractions de Palerme, idéal pour visiter la ville a pied . Quartier très animé et pittoresque.
