Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Metropolitan City of Palermo

Everything was perfect, Salvatore is a perfect vote. Accessible, proactif and know perfectly his country, all advices from him was so good. His home is perfect to be not so far from town but quiet as we wanted!! The view was so beautiful from our wake up , just open eyes from the bed and you see wonderful seaside view. Thanks for everything Salvatore, for sur well come back to your villa.

Tiziana clearly communicated with me well before our stay. We were coming from Rome, and although our arrival was not the most convenient time, Tiziana was there for us and made us feel welcome. She also had many amenities, which were great, and she provided many recommendations. From our stay to the convenience of our location, everything was great. I can confidently say that I would stay at Tiziana's place again and highly recommend it to others. She had beach towels ready for us, and we used them when we went to Mondello Beach. She is one of the best hosts I've encountered.

Host Maria Luisa was very kind to accommodate our late check-in request. The parking spot in the inner courtyard, an absolute privilege for Palermo, is worth the price of the place on its own.

We were in room 3 for a week. Everything was great, room was clean everything as you imagine it! I can only recommend it and would come back any time!

Unforgettable stay in Palermo. Very clean and very well-equipped accommodation. Located in the tourist heart, with restaurants, bars and other entertainment at all hours, and yet not a noise in this very quiet accommodation. Acknowledgements to Alberto and especially to Sandro who welcomed us, advised us, helped at all hours and made our stay remarkable. The Sicilians are welcoming, kind and pleasant and we will return with confidence to our hosts.

Sparkling accommodation A great location I recommend

This was our second stay at Giuseppina's apartment in the lovely seaside town of Cefalu and just as memorable as our first visit some 5 years earlier. Arrangements went like clock work and Giuseppina and her husband were waiting for us after our train was slightly delayed. Everything was just as we remembered, if you are after a sterile corporate experience then perhaps this isn't for you, but if you want to meet fabulous hosts, stay in a very comfortable , spotless and well designed (the tiles are just gorgeous!) apartment then do not hesitate to book.

I loved staying here…I felt like a local rather than a tourist. Very clean with everything you need. Local shops and restaurants within walking distance. Easy access to other parts of the island. Would definitely recommend.

From the moment you drive into the parking area you feel very lucky. The outdoor space is well designed with multi areas to sit and relax. The outdoor kitchen is easy to work in and lets you enjoy the area. There are three lemon trees which you can enjoy a fresh lemon whenever you want. The inside is ever comfortable and the beds are comfortable and linens are crisp and white. You are in walking distance to stores with fresh fruit and a grocery store that lacks nothing. I highly recommend this location for a week or more holiday.

We had a great stay at Arianna's place. We loved how quiet it was, and it was very clean and comfortable. It was the perfect location, very walkable to everything we wanted to do. We had a great time staying at Rosalba’s apartment in Palermo. It was in a great location in the center of the historic center, there were markets nearby, the Palermo Cathedral, Quattro Canti, etc. There was plenty to do and we were just a minute away from plenty of restaurants and bars. The apartment itself was beautiful, it was recently renovated and well curated. It was comfortable, homey, and had enough amenities. The pillows were also soft and comfortable, which is rare to find in the Airbnbs in Italy. We would definitely stay here again when we come to Sicily in the future!

We had an absolutely wonderful 5-night stay at Robert and Francesco’s beautiful apartment in Cefalù. From the moment we arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and attentive hosts, making sure everything was perfect for ourstay. The apartment itself is stunning—tastefully decorated, immaculately clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. But the real highlight was the terrace—spacious, peaceful, and offering breathtaking views. We spent every morning enjoying coffee and every evening watching the sunset from there. It truly made the experience unforgettable. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and historic center, yet tucked away enough to feel like a relaxing retreat. Robert and Francesco were always available for recommendations or assistance, and their hospitality made me feel right at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Cefalù. Highly recommend, and we hope to return soon.

Great place, near city centre and the train station. The flat is great, with AC and all the good perks: washing machine, etc.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! The airbnb is equipped with everything you need to make your vacation an awesome experience. From the comfortable beds to the fully equipped kitchen, to the shower with great water pressure, and washer and dryer and much much more-you will feel so at home. It is beautifully decorated, too. What makes this property a stand out, however, is the super super host Guiseppe. He was in constant communication making sure everything was perfect, sending suggestions, directions, and answering our questions. He is a genuinely wonderful person. If you are having any doubts, don't hesitate to book-you may certainly miss a golden opportunity.

We loved it! The apartment was impeccably clean and beautifully designed. It was the perfect location for our family city break, very short walking distance to some of the most beautiful parts of Palermo, while also being very quiet and private. Rosa Maria and Dominico were so helpful, and made sure we were having a great time and had everything we needed thoughout. kids loved it too! would definitely stay again.
