The walls, with the characteristic exposed stone, original, "antiqued" floors; the design of the furnishings is current. 5 minutes to the market, public parking 300/350 meters away, bus to airport and beaches 200 meters away.

Completely renovated in 2020, it can accommodate up to 9 people without compromising anyone's free space. It has a large outdoor garden of 4000 square meters, private entrance and parking. The interior consists of a living area (open space) with a fireplace and a sleeping area with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
