This 75-square-meter attic apartment, thanks to the particular geometries of the roof slopes, enjoys a magical atmosphere. 20 minutes from Turin, very convenient to the ring road, near the center of Rivoli and its hospital. Supermarkets and services are located near the residence. Great base for trips to Turin and its surroundings. You'll find hospitality and family warmth!

Apartment with heated pool

The house is located in a small village at the foot of the mountains. We are 50 km from Ceresole Reale, in the heart of the Gran Paradiso National Park. The apartment is on the ground floor of a two-story building where my husband and I live on the upper floor. The entrances are separate. The pool is private, we usually use it in the evening, sometimes from 6 to 7 p.m., sharing an aperitif with guests. Otherwise, it's all yours! Usually on weekends we are not at home.

You'll love my place for these reasons: surrounded by nature, 10 minutes from Bricherasio and the center of Luserna, private parking on the doorstep. The accommodation is equipped with very spacious and bright rooms. Dinners or barbecues can be arranged in the garden upon request and under our supervision, and if weather conditions permit. Part of the garden is shared. You can also enjoy the place with walks in the woods or enjoy the view in the relaxation area.
