Clandestino, We have 3 beautiful cabins with 8 beds available, fully equipped, each with a private bathroom, shower, hot water and a view of the forest in the area where you will wake up to the sound of local birds. It has an outdoor pool and a 100% heated bathroom area, lockers and towels. Fully equipped BBQ: grill, bread or pizza oven, stove and refrigerator. Dining area overlooking the forest with seating for 16 people. We have parking space for 8 cars

The Gladys house is very large and comfortable, close to the subway, very well equipped, in a neighborhood that offers good services. Gladys was very kind and thoughtful. We hope to be able to come back another time.

We will not stay anywhere else in Quito on our future visits. Keep in mind we are in our 30s, have no interest in the plaza Foch area, and would be willing to taxi to anywhere to stay here! Nathalia and her family were fantastic! We had reservations elsewhere that night, but the neighborhood didn’t have the best feel so we found Nathalia’s house. We were able to contact her immediately and talk to her, and she gave directions to her front door to the taxi driver! Upon arrival, Her teenage daughter accompanied us to dinner the night we got in. Her son was adorable, and her father was calm, had traveled in South America through the mountains and been an outdoorsman throughout his life. They do have a cute little kitty. The space is a dual story, huge, dance studio and home. Nathalia has amazing decorations to match her dance studio, and an amazing place to read a book, relax, or meditate. The apartment is between 2 main streets, but on a quiet side street where we didn’t have any issues with noise. The location felt secure, as did the surrounding neighborhood. Her daughter spoke a little English, but everything else was in Spanish. The bed was pretty new and the most comfortable that we slept on in Ecuador. The space was clean, and they were respectful of any noise getting the kids out the door in the morning.
