Holiday rentals with a patio in Miami

This is the most beautiful house I booked ever ! My friends and I really enjoyed it. We did lots of things such as BBQ on the patio, worked out in the gym and swam in the infinity pool. The stunning sunrise can be seen from the living room, and the peaceful wave sounds can be heard. Also, there is a famous pizza restaurant at down stairs and there are so many lovely beaches. It’s a healing place!!

We had a fantastic experience staying at Aaron and Sally’s apartment in Surfers. This was actually our second visit, and everything was just as we remembered—clean, comfortable, and exactly as expected for a relaxing 10-night stay. The apartment is centrally located, with a beach view from the window and a balcony that’s high enough to feel private and secure. The bed is very comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep every night. The hosts were outstanding; quick to respond within minutes whenever we needed anything. They’re very well-organised and run a smooth operation, with clear instructions for check-in and check-out, great communication, and a genuinely accommodating approach. Without a doubt, they’ve been the best Airbnb hosts we’ve ever had. Thank you for making our stay so effortless and enjoyable. We highly recommend this place and look forward to staying again next time we’re on the Gold Coast!

What a gem this place is - best views in the house. We had a wonderful stay over the Easter Long weekend and love everything about it. Close to restaurants, beach, creek, walking trails. What a great stay! We were so impressed with the apartment. What stood out for us were the very thoughtful 'little touches', such as having a variety of milks, welcome drinks, snacks and a pantry stocked with the basic herbs etc for cooking. We had an incredible stay at Waterfall Drive, Wongawallan. The property is an absolute haven — tucked away in the scenic Gold Coast hinterland, yet still close enough to shops and coastal attractions. The home itself is spacious, beautifully maintained, and designed to make the most of the surrounding natural beauty. Waking up each morning to the sounds of nature and expansive views of the rolling hills was a true highlight. The outdoor areas are stunning, perfect for relaxing with a coffee or wine, and the peaceful atmosphere makes it feel like your own private retreat. Inside, the layout is both functional and luxurious — ideal for families or couples looking for space, comfort, and privacy. The kitchen was well-equiped.

Matt’s property is amazing! The house is very spacious and has everything you need for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. Being right on the water is delightful, the kayaks and SUPs are great fun. Unfortunately it was too cold for us to try the pool but it looked fantastic. Stayed with our two small children and there was lots to keep them entertained, and everything we needed for an easy stay with toddlers. Thanks again Matt!

We loved our stay at Lisa's for a girls weekend. It was the perfect location being so close to many beautiful bars and restaurants, and still in a nice quiet cul de sac. The house was perfect with plenty of space to gather, and the heated pool and spa were awesome. Lisa was a great host and very accommodating for our groups additional requests.

Sam's place was an amazing stay in Springbrook. cosy, quaint with all the amenities one needs. the outdoor fireplace was awesome and once you step in you know Jaime and Sam exude hospitality in how everything is arranged at the place. would def return a 2nd time!

We had a fantastic stay at Stephanie's place! The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything we needed while still being quiet and comfortable. Stephanie's communication was excellent throughout our month-long stay; nothing was ever a problem, and she made everything so easy. One of the best parts was being able to bring our fur baby along—it truly felt like a home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better setup. Highly recommend staying here and would absolutely book again!

Brads place was lovely with gorgeous ocean views. It was easy walking distance to many shops and good restaurants. The bed was so comfortable like sleeping on a cloud. We would definitely stay again!

Sharryn’s place was just beautiful. Great location and such a beautiful well set up apartment. Sharryn was a wonderful host, she met us at the complex and took us to the apartment and showed us the ins and outs. Great stay!

We really loved the location of Sammi's place, super close to shops, beach front and restaurants/cafes. Plenty to do, but also a great spot to relax and watch the waves roll in. Everything was accounted for and we felt right at home as soon as we stepped through the doors. Definitely recommend this gem and will return!

We had a really good 4 night stay. Great location, walking distance to everything. Check in was easy, clear pictures on where to find the keys. Good accom if you have little ones as in the cupboard there were a bucket and shovel, scooters and boogie boards provided. The only downside was there was a smell that lingered around the whole time and no hot water the morning we were checking out so could not shower.

I should say it was amazing to stay in this apartment! Great location, good condition and quiet place. The apartment is located on the middle 13th-floor with beautiful view on the ocean, city and hinterland. If consider the features like linen, sauna, swimming pool, kitchenware, underground parking and etc., it was really 5 star staying. There are two elevators in the building, which is quite sufficient for convenient use. Thank you very much. Hopefully we'll come back here again!
