We are renting out a 2 Bedroom Appartment (lower level) in our house/duplex. It has a separate entry and is located in a tree rich area. A natural area begins right behind the house. The sister lakes are in a 3 min walking distance. The apartment is conviniently located in Ann Arbor - 2.2 mi to Downtown - 3.5 mi to the Big House - 2.8 mi to UofM central campus A bus stop and a great coffee place (19 Drips) are in walking distance. Please make sure to enter the right amount of guests ;-)

The Beachcomber suite upstairs is a one bedroom with a queen bed. A small dining area is off the kichenette. Kitchen includes a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and electricl griddle. Full size refrigerator. Bathroom has a full size bathtub and shower. Unit has been completely remodeled and updated with new furniture, fixtures, and appliances. This is a SECOND FLOOR suite accessed from the front entryway of the home. Owners live on the main floor. No pets allowed.

Morton's Retreat Cozy 1 Bedroom Apartment

Cozy comfort close to Michigan's most popular state park, breweries, wineries, antique malls and farm-to-table restaurants. Morton's Retreat has plenty of room to relax.
