Holiday rentals with a patio in Michoacán

Andres is a very good and attentive host. This is the second time my family and I have stayed there. It's always a good experience. I highly recommend it.

The apartment is very nice and completely clean, the bed is very comfortable, the terrace is beautiful, the kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom very clean, equipped and the shower very relaxing. The location is perfect for walking or trying food and/or drinks or going out for fun at night. Ana and Pablo always answered my doubts and were very helpful at all times, I completely loved my stay at Casa Ann and I highly recommend it!!

The place is excellent, very safe and quiet, with all the services, without a doubt a place you would return to, thank you for the hospitality.

Whole spot felt like home!

It was very comfortable, the place was just like the photos and the location was perfect, so we could go to dinner, cinema and relatively close to downtown. Highly recommended

The House is quite spacious much more than what you see in the photos, the temperature of the magnificent pool, all its perfect facilities for a weekend of rest, its proximity to self-service shops, super and convenience stores make the ideal place, its facilities with powerful fans everywhere and its air-conditioned rooms make the stay pleasant in each of the areas of the house, the space on the side of the magnificent pool, For running lovers right on the corner there is a park with very good space to do it and in addition to this 5 min. by car there is the Morelos sports unit which has a track for the general public covering a minimum entrance fee. Our stay was very pleasant thanks for all the attentions

The stay was good, I have stayed several times in Morelia and the truth is this is one of the few accommodations where I would return. The stove was a little old and the burners took a while to heat up, but nothing alarming. It had everything you needed to have a good time. The bad thing: we found several large cockroaches during the days we were there and although it is insect season, it is always annoying to come across something like that, however, it is not that they were everywhere, most likely they entered through the patio, I think with a dust cover on the door that faces the patio it would be enough. Everything else was very good.

The house is super nice and cozy, as shown in the pictures, the beds are very comfortable, all the areas are very clean and tidy, the house smelling rich always, the boiler working properly. Arturo always responded soon to my messages and was a good host!

The view from the roof is spectacular, really the best of the place. Everything was clean and tidy. It is a basic accommodation, but very central and practical for getting around Morelia. Christian, the host, was very attentive and understanding with some adjustments we had to make at the last minute. A very pleasant stay. 100% recommended.
