Townhome holiday rentals in Middle East

The location of the house was central enough for our Kyrenia trip, close to the sea and in a site that we felt safe. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the house, the sheets, pillowcases and towels were very clean. The toilets were clean and the shower supplies were complete. There was everything you could need throughout the house. It was very good to have air conditioning in every room. As 2 adults and 1 child, we were very pleased with our stay. Simge Hanım responded to all our questions as quickly as possible. We would like to thank her again for not disappointing us and for her positive responses to our requests and for this beautiful hosting.

We had a great time staying at Claudia’s place! It has everything we needed for a short term stay, and was conveniently located close to the old town/ beach/ grocery stores/ cafes. Claudia was an excellent host, she was very friendly and helped us book a taxi to the airport.

Filippos was a great host, always very friendly and helpful. The house was exactly as expected from the description and photos. It’s in a great location, perfect for exploring the town and local beaches. The terrace really is fantastic!

Athanasia"s house is a true work of art built by her father. It is a true blast from the past, built using traditional methods and materials. It has all the facilities you could want with a fantastic view. It would be a godsend in the summer asthe house would remain cool in the hot weather. A great place to stay.

An amazing stay on such a beautiful island! The house had amazing views over the bay with lots of Greek charm. Dimitris was a great host, very helpful and knowledgeable. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon.

It was a very peaceful, clean, aesthetic place. Ideal for relaxation. George is a great, helpful host. Communication with him was very smooth. We were very satisfied with the family.

Very nice stay. Alan was very informative before and during out stay. Deniz was on hand and liked that we ordered a bottle of water with her and had it delivered within the hour for a very reasonable price. Microwave was not working when we went to use it but it was taken away and a new one delivered 1 and 1/2 days later and set up. Nothing appeared too much trouble. We went as a group of 4 adults and would definitely recommend this stay.

Excellent location and within easy walking distance of all the main sights of the old town and the restaurants. Very peaceful even though its so close to the restaurants and bars. Very relaxing with beautiful courtyard for sitting outside. All amenities provided in the apartment - very well equipped with everything you need. Only bad comment is there is a smell of dampness when you walk into the apartment sitting/kitchen area. If you leave the courtyard door open it is not as bad but obviously host is aware of this problem as there is an airfreshner on the table and a scented candle provided. Recommend this issue is addressed. Was surprised it hadn't been mentioned in any of the reviews.

It was an awsime stay. View is gorgeous looking the whole city.

Our family stayed more than 2weeks in Julion’s house before to move to our own new one and it was the best choice for us. Julion is extremely gentle host and she was always available for all our requests/needs. House is brand new and located in a very nice and super green community, very close to golf club with a good choice of it’s restaurants and very nice walking trails. Instead with a Dubai’s taxi service it was not a problem to go anywhere else. We did really enjoy to be Julion’s guests! Each of us were just happy to be there and we’ll keep the best memories of the time we’ve spent in that beautiful house. WE DID FEEL AT HOME!!! <3 Thank you sooooo much Julion!!! :)

Staying at ‘Modern Luxury at the Yas Escape’ was truly an incredible experience. The townhouse exceeded all expectations – beautifully designed, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed for a perfect stay. It really lived up to its name – a peaceful, luxurious escape in every sense. Thank you, Ahmed, for being such a wonderful host!

Alison was a great host. Very receptive to our needs. The amplasament of the house is amazing. Right next to the sea. You can hear the waves at night from inside. The house has everything you need to even cook yourself a meal or make a barbecue outside. I advice you to rent a car as is very difficult to find a taxi and food delivery can really be a problem as many of couriers have problem in finding the address and leaving without calling you and the result is a cancel of order. So you should better have your own car. I would like to return here someday. The beach was not very crowded and if you don't know how to swim that will not be a issue since the water is not very deep.

Absolutely loved our one month stay here. House is a real gem. So beautifully decorated, with everything you need to be comfortable for a long visit. Kitchen was well equipped, beds comfy and the shower was a real treat. And as mentioned in other reviews the stairs are a masterpiece, but defn not for those who aren’t steady on their feet. Such an interesting neighbourhood with so many lovely cafes, delicious bakeries and supermarkets close by. Host had made many local recommendations, and the ones we tried were great. Less than a 15min walk to the Ferry which we mostly used to go everywhere, as it is an incredible way to see Istanbul. Also, tram stop is close by with easy access to the Sultanahmet area. If you are after an authentic stay in an authentic area, this property is a real find. Thanks for having us. Vanessa

What a gorgeous princess tower. It really was like a fairytale with spectacular views. The traditional village was like stepping back in time. The apricots were in season so I even made apricot jam. The pool was also gorgeous. Our hosts were lovely and friendly we highly recommend Spiros’s place!

Absolutely excellent. Would recommend and would definitely stay again. The local contact Inger was easily contactable. Everything went smoothly. The location and the accommodation were both great. We were offered extra time on the final day if we had a late ferry which we could not avail ourselves of as we had an early ferry.

A phenomenal location. Minutes to everything notable in old Akka. The hosts were amazing, hospitable and very accommodating. It was truly a memorable experience for the family.

We had a magnificent few days with the beautiful hospitality of Mr. Aykut, both in touch with nature, very clean and very close to the sea, in the combination of ovabükü and hayıtbükü. We would definitely like to come back.

Good but the swimming pool is not clean The Ac is not that good And the last day we woke up without water !

You must book this place! What an amazing place to stay in the Old Town. Our host Christos was very helpful. The apartment was exactly as listed with a few extras (wine, fruit, snacks) that we loved. The apartment is very spacious. Everything is walkable from the apartment. Finding parking outside the Old Town was a bit problematic. Some days we had to park about 1km away. I would not hesitate to recommend this place. 10 out of 10 from us!

our 2 night stay went excellent!! the house was very easy to find it! the owner was very kind and helpful, complementary wines , chocolates and juices!! the house was crystal clear and fully equipped!! we fell it as our home! there is free parking space. 2 minutes from Polis Chrysoxous center. the swimming pool was just outside of our house! a very good baby crib! quiet neighbourhood ! the best choice we do!!!
