It's renowned for its expansive view of Port Phillip, the safe, sandy beach, big skies, gorgeous sunsets, parks and gardens, great restaurants, bars and cafes, and its colourful past and present. It is a short stroll to the No 16, 96 and 12 tram routes. Complimentary Myki Melbourne Public Transport Cards are provided with about $20 credit. Please feel free to use the cards and top up any credit used. I also offer two other apartments: MIMI - Garden View and MIMI - City View, at the same location. If you have mobility issues, then I would recommend booking MIMI - Garden View. However if you are looking for a bigger place for three or more families, you may like to book more than one of my apartments. The work starts between 7 and 8am finishes at 3pm. --We have had one complaint since Feb 2023 -- If you are not satisfied with the apartment and want to shorten your stay I can accommodate -- Double glazing, large windows, high ceilings and generous proportions in this groovy Art Deco space. Sprawl yourself out on the huge divan. A quick tram ride to the City, Chapel St, Prahran and St Kilda.
