Amenities include indoor & outdoor pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, evening fire pits, basketball court, playground, fitness center, steam room, pickleball, bocce, and more. Indoor heated pool is open year round 10am-10pm. We provide towels, bed quilts & pillows. You must bring your own sheets & pillowcases. Wash & dry towels before leaving.

Start your morning soaking in the hot tub, or sipping coffee in rocking chairs on the front porch. Just 1 block away, have the beach all to yourself in this truly secluded beach neighborhood. Enjoy one of the local waterfront eateries or the neighborhood pool. Spot a school of dolphins under a red-sky sunset before returning home to enjoy the night sea breeze and a movie in front of a wood burning fire in the outdoor gazebo. Walking distance to everything you need- restaurants, ice cream, bike rentals, supermarket, parks, and of course the beach! Beach path on our block. Watch the Friday night fireworks from the balcony or driveway! Dog beach on our block for your furry family member. Please inquire about pets during peak season. Sorry no groups under 25.
