Marigold Gedara was designed as a spacious beach house. It suits surfers, young families and couples wanting a large private villa with pool. We are family friendly! We provide a highchair, infant cot and the only villa on the south coast with a glass safety fence around the pool. It's a 2min walk to the nearest cafe, The Kip. Secret Beach is a 5min walk. Some of the best surf breaks are less than 10mins away. Our fully-equipped kitchen means you can cook or order delivery and dine at home.

DevilRock Bungalows SAND.

DevilRock Bungalows features two distinct accommodations, SAND and OCEAN, both located in the same charming house, which was once the old teachers' house in Kapparathota, where children used to gather for Sunday school. Newly renovated in late 2024 and early 2025, both bungalows offer modern comforts while retaining their unique charm. Although they share a common structure, each bungalow provides total privacy and offers a unique ambiance, making them feel like two worlds apart. This is SAND!

Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Our house Sama means "Peace" in Sinhalese. It is designed to be a simple, open and spacious plantation home that connects with nature. It features an open living space, a kitchen and direct access to a 17m pool. Upstairs we have a master suite and junior bedroom that share a balcony with plantation views. Both have ensuite open-air showers. Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and exclusive pool access. We do not have air-conditioning.
