Holiday rentals with a pool in Miguel Pereira

The house met all our needs, with comfort, privacy and security. With clean and organized environments, we enjoy great moments of relaxation and joy. The host is very kind and promptly attended to us the few times we requested, since everything matched the ad. We only missed having more bath towel dryers, for the number of people the house can accommodate, but this did not hinder our pleasant stay. We will return at another time, for sure, and we have already shared it with our friends who are looking for a pleasant, clean environment and have a 10-star host.

The hostess is extremely polite and helpful. The house is very spacious. The property is very green and has a great farm/site structure. It has a playroom for children. All travelers felt comfortable. I advise you to bring plenty of food to cook in the house and enjoy the peace of the place. There is a supermarket nearby. Thank Isabel for all your efforts.

Marcia's house is exactly as in the photos: clean, organized, and very creative. It really is a Zen house, with appropriate decoration, garden and natural herbs. The place is very quiet, with birds breaking the silence from time to time. The hostess is very friendly and cordial. He sought to give tips on tours/restaurants, responding quickly and proactively. It is undoubtedly a place worth returning to!

The accommodation was excellent, we really felt at home, the house has an excellent space with everything very organized and clean, we like the external space very much, where our pets could play without problems in very well surrounded space, outside the place to be very quiet, see nature, listen to the sound of the wind at the end of the day, it was very relaxing for me and my wife, for those who like quiet places, it is an excellent choice!! On the inside the house is also very comfortable, having a good well-equipped kitchen, tv in the living room and in the bedroom, excellent bathroom with a hot shower!! I have nothing to complain about and we will definitely return at a new opportunity, the cities of Paty and Miguel are very interesting and yield good days of rest and enjoyment!! Marciele received us very well and made us very comfortable, in addition to having a memory that we like very much! It was a great holiday!

I had a simply wonderful experience at this accommodation! From the moment of arrival, it was impossible not to notice the care with every detail of the house. The environment is welcoming, well decorated and impeccably preserved — all thought with great care to provide comfort and well-being. The house cleaning is exemplary. The rooms were perfectly organized, with a pleasant aroma in the air, and the bed and bath linens were of excellent quality — soft, clean and fragrant. Sleeping in such a well-kept space made all the difference in the experience. The host deserves all the praise. Extremely attentive, polite and always available, he was present to promptly meet any need. Their dedication to providing a peaceful and comfortable stay is evident in every detail. It made us feel welcome as if we were at home. Without a doubt, it is a place to stay that I recommend with my eyes closed.

The studio is very well located and the stay was quite enjoyable. The space is well equipped, with kitchen utensils and a well-planned and functional internal structure. The only point of attention was the bedding: it had some stains from use and did not smell clean, which caused a slight discomfort. I would stay again, but I would take these items for greater peace of mind during the stay.

Excellent apartment (penthouse). Well located, in the best condominium in Itaipava, with all leisure infrastructure and close to all commerce. The apartment is exactly as it is in the pictures. All rooms have TV and great bed and bath linens. Fully equipped kitchen with top quality dishes. I highly recommend it!

Location absolutely impeccable! In the most central street of Itaipava with several wonderful restaurants walking! Restaurante Antonio is an excellent indication super close to the apartment! We love every detail of your stay! The host was wonderful in every way and the apartment is extremely comfortable! Let's go back for sure! The first impression I got of the place was tranquility and beauty at the same time, something I was looking for to relax, and when it came to the apartment I had a welcoming feeling, because it is a very well decorated space, impeccable organization, in addition to a surreal cleaning... everything was in great condition. Finally, about the location is very privileged, easy access to all the city's tourist points, outside Quitandinha itself that offers several activities to do while staying in it, super recommended with eyes closed. Ah! I loved the buttery biscuiters and the banana lycor, welcoming.
