Kathy and Johns place had an easy check in process. The house is very nice and clean. It was just the right size for the 2 of us. The house is very clean and located mins from the beach. It rained two of the days we were there. We stayed in, the area is very quiet and relaxing. Kathy or John was very responsive if we had any questions. If we go back, I would love to stay here again.

Identical to pictures! Beautiful rental in convenient location. The beach and boardwalk were easily walkable and having Fish Tales next door was convenient! My only suggestion would be is to bring an eye mask if you are a light sleeper, there are no shades on kitchen windows so it’s very bright in the early morning since it’s all connected. It helped us to get up and moving in the morning so we didn’t mind. Morgan was quick to reply to messages and a very gracious owner! We will definitely be back.

Highly Recommend! Wonderful experience! Felt like a home away from home (only cleaner, better organized & beautiful decor! Loved the games & shed offerings! Home is spacious with excellent storage. I stayed with my 3 teen girls (I drove & brought a good amount of stuff! -- plenty of room!) We loved the deck! I had overthought this & compared to a million different properties from south to Rehoboth. Grateful I I chose this! The covered deck was incredible. I was nervous about it being covered & about being less private. I had no problems with with privacy on the deck. The deck being covered was amazing. When it rained, could be outside & enjoy. When sunny, still got sun and could have much needed shade. I'm a nature lover -- most incredible moon rise over the ocean, stars & sunrise and more. We ate out there, played games, enjoyed the hammock. Sofa bed is comfortable! The online photos are nice, but don't do justice. Great vibe! Laura is a 5 star Amazing Host! Love to Return Again! TY

I was so impressed with Kara’s condo. It was everything I hoped it would be. The decor is very nice and the kitchen is wonderful— modern, spacious, and containing anything you need for cooking or entertaining. The view of the ocean from the 19th floor is both spectacular and calming, whether on the spacious balcony or looking down through the bedroom’s floor to ceiling windows. The building is great. Everyone was friendly and this is a very nice part of Ocean City. Lastly, Kara was terrific. Kind and a great communicator. Plus check in was smooth. If you’re considering a two bedroom, two bathroom condo in this area, I highly recommend this listing!

Just got back from a week in Ocean City at Jimmy's place and it was fantastic! Great location, easy access to beach, nice pool and friendly/helpful staff on-site. As for Jimmy, he was incredibly responsive leading up to our stay and when we discovered upon our arrival that a couple light bulbs were out/missing, he came early the next morning and fixed them on the spot. We really appreciated his responsiveness and delightful manner. The condo is as-advertised and a great place to stay to enjoy Ocean City. We would gladly rent from Jimmy again in the future.

Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay in OCMD. The condo itself is beautiful, updated, clean and well stocked from the kitchen to beach chairs and toys! The balcony is huge and easily fits 5-6 people for morning coffee or late night drinks. The location of the unit is also a huge plus. The beach is much less crowded and quieter than further south. Amenities like the boardwalk are a quick drive or bus ride away. Reann is an amazing host and ensures you have a great stay!

We had a great stay at this AirBnB, it truly is right on the water. The pictures and all the listed amenities are accurate. The house was very clean and the air conditioning worked great on hot days. The kitchen is well stocked and spacious and each bedroom and the living room has their own Smart TV. We appreciated the first floor bedroom and bathroom for our older guests. The location provides immediate access to the beach with a lovely deck, a short drive to Milton restaurants and a quick walk to the Broadkill store for pantry items. The houses are close together and everyone was friendly and respectful of quiet hours. Linda was incredibly responsive and check-in was easy.

Jennifer's pictures and descriptions are truly accurate. We enjoyed our stay and saw many birds around the water that we don't see in Ohio-bring binoculars if you're a bird person! The kids (and parents) loved the foosball table and pop a shot.

The property looks exactly like it does in the photos. It was clean and easy to navigate with lots of space for people to spread out and enjoy their time. The kitchen was well stocked and had the basics needed for meal prep. The house is just down the street from Bethany Beach's main street and you can easily get to Rehoboth or Ocean City as well. DEL 302 Management provided a clean space and clear, detailed instructions the entire time. There are multiple thermostats for this home and it took us a minute to find the upstairs one which we needed to knock the upstairs down a couple degrees. Also two of the three bathrooms are on the upper floor, which means people staying in bedrooms on the main floor and entry level may need to be ready to go use a shower in one of those two rooms. This is just a quirk of the house and was easily solved when we realized it. Overall my experience was wonderful and a great space for my friends and I to celebrate a couple of our birthdays.

We had a wonderful stay at Brian’s place! The house was very comfortable, beautiful, clean and well equipped. The welcome basket and the baskets of samples in case you forgot something was a nice touch. He was very responsive to any questions I had. The beach parking pass was perfect - we took advantage of that on 2 days. I would definitely recommend this house. I wish we had more time at the house to enjoy it even more.

We planned a girl’s weekend trip for Mother’s Day. It was amazing! Luckily for us; it was not quite “beach season” but things were open and we were lucky to experience the different beaches with little traffic and ZERO parking fees. The house was beautiful. Wherever you choose to sit and sip your beverage of choice, you’ll have a beautiful view. The house is spacious and came equipped with some baby essentials that helped lighten our load with packing. Ashlee was very responsive! We really loved this place & hope to return again.

We had such a great time at Chris and Loree’s! This was our second trip to ocean city, and their condo was just the right distance from everything there is to do! The view on the balcony was incredible and their place was spotless and comfortable. It was a nice size, loved having washer and dryer and two bathrooms, since it was just me and two teenage boys! There was a TV in the closet that could be rolled out to the porch, where I enjoyed my morning coffee or evening de winding. The pool was nice, but the kids didn’t use it too much as they werent allowed to jump or throw their ball. With the beach being just steps away, they didn’t mind at all! Absolutely would stay here again. Thank you so much Chris and Loree!!

We had a great week staying here, and enjoyed the views from all of the decks, the sunsets were amazing! We really enjoyed the location, being off the main island away from the noise but so close to everything still. Just a 20 minute drive to the boardwalk, cute towns like Berlin, and shopping. The house had everything you need to enjoy your stay, the hot tub and games were a big hit with everyone. We walked to restaurants and saw some great wildlife too. Would definitely recommend!

Great place! It was spacious, quiet, and well appointed. It was nice to have all linens in a sealed clean bag, ready to put on the bed. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Bao was prompt at responding to questions. The home was immaculately clean and much more spacious than appeared in the photos. The price was worth what we paid. My family and I were quite comfortable and we appreciated the starter items included with the rental. There were ample cooking utensils and the appliances were clean and in excellent condition. We travelled from out of state and brought a suitcase with our own linen. Not ideal, but this was a much more financially prudent option than paying the linen providers $190.00 for sheets and towels. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bao’s rental. We were close to restaurants and the beach and had a view of the water. We highly recommend this property.

We had a fantastic stay at Diane’s beach condo in Ocean City! The location is perfect—just steps from a quiet, uncrowded stretch of beach that felt private and relaxing. Having an elevator was a total game-changer, especially with kids in tow. The condo is also in a great spot for walking to coffee shops, lunch spots, and dinner options—super convenient and no need to drive. Diane was an incredible host, making sure everything was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly beach getaway!

Debbie was very easy to communicate with and the place was great, views were amazing. Furniture was comfortable and she had great information on the complex and the amenities. We brought our own coffee maker she had a Kuerig , we prefer drip. The place has all you need we were just two but plenty of room for more Thank you again.

Betty’s place was lovely. Everything was exactly as described. She has equipped it thoughtfully with everything one could need for a terrific stay. My son and I had a very relaxing weekend. Hope to return soon.

We were fortunate during our particular weekend that OC was not very busy in general. There were no other neighbors present in the other units in the buidling which made it very quiet. No other neighbors also meant we had the deck to ourselves. When it was not raining, the deck view of the ocean was beautiful. The walk to the beach was quick. Anna and Patrick were very accessible, responsive, and kind. It was perfect for our plans and needs.

This AIRBNB property has been totally renovated, with literally, everything from floor to ceiling being brand new. The pictures don’t lie. The building is old, and the pool and amenities were not available during our visit, due to renovations, as noted in the listing, but the beach, weather, views, location, price, & condo, made up for the lack of amenities. We were a little nervous about the entrance door (some rusty metal), but when we opened the uncomplicated/reinforced digital combo entrance, we were pleasantly surprised & immediately felt reassured that we had made a great choice! In the 2 bedrooms, there are a king, 2 queens, & even a new queen sofa bed in the living room, all with nice NEW mattresses! The kitchen is gorgeous, & well stocked with dishes. We stayed 4 nights/5 days, and only ate one meal out on the last evening. This was a very last minute decision for some much needed R&R, & this property didn’t disappoint!

I had a peaceful, relaxing time and enjoyed the ocean view and the sound of the waves. Lisa was extremely communicative and made sure I had everything I needed for a great stay.
