You can also enjoy a relaxing stay in Kagawa, such as visiting a bonsai nursery, Kokubun-ji Temple, the 80th stop on the Shikoku Pilgrimage, and walking the Shikoku Pilgrimage Route.  You can also enjoy dining and BBQ at the English garden in the flower season.  It is the perfect base for a stay where you can fully enjoy a day trip sightseeing in Setouchi, where you can reach Kotohira, a major tourist destination in Kagawa, within 40 minutes by rental car, Chichugahama, within an hour, and Tokushima Soya, Okayama, Kurashiki, etc., within an hour and a half.
