great place...a home away from home staycation experience...thanks highly recommend to my friends and family visiting calapan oriental mindoro

The place is great location, easy access for all. Host is very kind and accommodating. One thing is lacking I think is the shower heater, I used to shower with hot water especially in the morning but it does not affect my overall stay since there was an electric kettle for me to use. But all in all it was a complete homey and cozy stay for us since they have complete appliances to use in the kitchen. You can also chill with netflix.

Super Enjoyed Vacation! Ang ganda and ang lawak ng place..super accommodating po ng mga care takers sa resort and clean din po yung house very homey and complete din mga utensils… super enjoy po kami.. May videoke rin sa place for bonding.. Easy to find din yung place and very peaceful. Thank you Jojo for letting us stay in Monica Nature Resort.. We’ll definitely go back to this place and highly recommended talaga sa friends yung place :)

Lovely condo in a central location, good wifi, very secure building. I recommend this lovely home.

This place is great! Very clean and has everything you need, from toiletries to kitchen and dining utensils. Beds and linens are clean and fresh. We went with kids and the place was perfect. You will need another day or a special day just to experience the properties amenities. My kids especially like the play area and the swimming pool. The place is also very walkable to many places. I don't know if we're just a big fan of walking but most of the places are walkable. Looking forward to stay at this place again. 💕💕💕

A few php more than others in Botangas City but the location and neighborhood are worth it, combined with the amenities and convenience of the hotel right next door.

Mr. Ben's place is very spacious. It can accomodate like 6 guests but we're only couple. It has great amenities and very clean. Such a cold AC and fast wifi. We love the paradise beach near the flat. Overall, it was amazing stay! We love it so much. Thank you Mr. Ben for adding wonderful experience in our Boracay trip. 💕
