Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in MIMAROPA

Very clean and nice place to stay with your family and friends. If you are from outside Iloilo, much better to rent a car to save money.

We were a group of 12 on a Holy Week break - 3 families with teens and young kids- and rented Balai LaHi as well as the Sunrise Room. This place overdelivers in spades!! When we weren’t enjoying the beach out front, we lazily lounged around the house. There were many different areas to chitchat, reconnect, play board games; and equally many quiet corners to read a book, crochet and take naps. The hosts, Cholo and Tor, were amazing - they helped us arrange services for a cook and kitchen helper; provided us with great directions and restaurants to try, shared Lenten schedules and personal tips to enjoy the festivities. But beyond helping with logistics, they were always warm and welcoming and made us feel like long-time friends instead of transient guests. All in all, it was a wonderful stay - we came for the Moriones of Marinduque, but we will return for Balai LaHi. It was the easily the highlight of our trip!

Great place to stay in Port Barton, The property had everything you could ask for. The air conditioning was great, The bathroom and shower were big and had great water pressure. Lots of space and very comfortable bed! Great value property for exploring Port Barton!

We enjoyed our stay so much. That’s an absolutely incredibly Place you love quite private Beaches. The oOwner is such a lovely person, always helpful and friendly. The island is such a Gem, close to Port Barton, but not crowded . lovely local people living in a small village close. About 15 min by Food away. There’s a small store as well. I highly recommend staying here at least 4 Days. I definetly come back

I had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was comfortable and clean, but what really stood out was the staff. They were incredibly helpful and always pleasant to interact with. From the moment I arrived, they went out of their way to make sure everything was just right. Whether it was offering local recommendations, answering questions promptly, or assisting with any small requests, their support made the experience even better. The place was very nice. Me and my wife stayed for 2 weeks. The mountain view was stunning from bed ! The host was very nice and helpful at all times. I am tall 6'2" and the bed was very comfortable. Analy helped getting transportation for us back and forth to and from the airport. We rented the motor bike from them, tank was filled waiting for us. It was a nice bike. Very close Sari Sari and a short drive to othet stores. Care taker was always helpful. Very nice area and quiet. Really nice having a kitchen. Would rent again for sure.

Arriving at Residencia 50 was like entering a magic garden. The place was beautiful and immaculate. The staff, Emily and Amy, were most accommodating and the owners were gracious and elegant. My company and I couldn’t have a better time staying at this place. It was truly a memorable experience and we couldn’t wait to get back. Thank you, Anna. See you again soon.💖💖💖💖💖

The place is peaceful, beautiful view and away from busy town. The place is great for couple and the kitchen is very nice. The place is very recommended.

The perfect place for what we needed in El Nido, super affordable and hidden away from the busy town but only a 5 minute tricycle from the town centre. Only a 1 minute walk from a beautiful and quiet beach with a few bars and restaurants and great sunset. Simon also helped with recommendations and sorting out motorbike rental / boat tours (there was a tour guide shop next to the bnb ran by very nice people). He responded to messages on air bnb in minutes which was handy too. Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our staying in Puerto Princesa! The room was brilliant and the living area was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom and shower was great and clean which was fantastic. We had expected to have multiple pillows each from the photos however, we only received one each! The location was okay and quiet but a bit further from the airport and the main town. Overall our stay was great and communication was prompt. We enjoyed our time here and would stay again!

Good communication with host. Laundry shop a bit far. Neibourgh have made it a habit to honk their parked cars to attraction each other's attention, any time of day and night. Every household item in sound working order. kudoz for cleanliness and the dual electric cooking plates. Birds have built their nest in the potted plant on the balcony, make sure they are not disturbed. Lots of unusual tropical birds about, from the jungle neatby.

My whole family had a great time, it’s very clean just a few steps away from the white beach. If you prefer a peaceful place to stay with your family I highly recommend this place. Thank you so much!

The place is situated near Diniwid Beach which is great for people who like to relax. Everything was clean and the mini kitchen was really great, especially if you plan to cook. :) Dexter welcomed us warmly upon checking in and he was always responsive to our needs (just like shampoo and shower gel refills) as we have stayed for 5 days. :) Internet connection was also great for remote working! Will recommend this place surely! <3

Casa Calma was above and beyond what we expected we spent 3 weeks there and it was perfect. we will be returning next year. The views from there must be the best in Boracay and the staff so helpful.

Loved my stay here! This Airbnb is spacious, cute, and comes with all the amenities you could ask for. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the honesty store was a brilliant touch (and much needed with no close convenience store!). Felt very safe as a solo female. Super comfy and fast internet. Only minor downside was some hallway noise. Highly recommend for a comfy and convenient stay!

It was a last minute, same day booking and owner responded immediately. She quickly arranged for late self check-in since we are estimated to reach the city almost 6pm. Unit is great, we had restful stay and able to do laundry as well. A day prior our check out, I requested for late checkout due to delay in my flight schedule and the owner willingly allowed and coordinated to the front desk. Overall, it was a great location to cap off our vacation. Thank you for accommodating us.

We stayed at this Airbnb for 5 nights and 6 days. The unit was nice and clean. We were also able to use the building’s facilities, and it’s conveniently located near the Iloilo Convention Center, which was the venue for our event. The area is quiet, and the guards and maintenance staff were very helpful. The lobby had a hotel-like feel and smelled really nice. :-) We did encounter a minor issue with the air conditioner, but the host responded quickly and had it fixed right away. We’ll definitely stay here again if we return to Iloilo!

Benjie's place is wonderful. I can see why it's a guest favorite. The unit is located at a very convenient spot close to malls and other establishments (5 to 10 mins walk). The unit itself is spotless and comes complete with all the amenities as described. The interior design is also very beautiful. We will definitely come back if the opportunity arises in the future.

We stayed for 11 nights. Overall it was an excellent experience. Read the other reviews - they are 100% accurate. Highly recommend. Edgar was an absolute delight to deal with from start to finish. Very professional and detail oriented. He has really taken the time to think everything through in terms of what guests require. Condo has everything you need, is very functional. Very clean and in very good condition. There are a lot of devices and remote controls in the unit, which on the first day was a bit overwhelming, but it all proved to be very useful. Alexa was a hoot. Huge TV. Washing machine worked perfectly. Towels and sheets were very comfortable. Lots of hangers (extremely important for long stays). Contrary to negative reviews we had read about the building's staff, we were treated very well by every single one of them. Check-in was a breeze. Location is perfect.
