A great place to stay in Arcachon! It’s a beautiful house, very well appointed with everything you need. Very comfortable beds, peaceful and quiet. Also a great location in Arcachon right by the beach, and right in town. Would highly recommended staying here!

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful house and our expectations were far exceeded. The location is perfectly quiet yet central, so we could easily reach everything in the area. The house itself is tastefully decorated, extremely clean and offers plenty of space for a relaxing break. A special highlight was the incredibly back-friendly mattresses - we rarely slept so well!!! It was really relaxing to wake up rested in the morning. A detail that takes the stay to another level. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and responsive to our questions. They have thought of everything, from small welcome touches to tips for the area. We really felt at home and were able to fully enjoy the time undisturbed. We would recommend this house to everyone without hesitation! A big thank you to the hosts!

Great little stay on the occasion of the Ascension weekend. Special mention for the welcome and flexibility (schedules) Top accommodation for a couple with a small child. Shops, restaurants, and beach are all within walking distance.

A perfect 3 day stay!! The villa is very beautiful, as well as the garden and the pool. We were 3 couples of friends: we each had our own room and our own bathroom. The villa is well equipped. We didn't miss a thing. We were able to arrive without any problems at very late hours. The villa's environment is quiet. We are delighted and can't wait to come back as a family. We had a lovely holiday at Arnaud's place in lovely La Teste-De-Buch 😊 The home was absolutely stunning and perfectly located with the beach within walking distance and close to Duke du Pilat, which is definitely worth a visit. We felt very at home and Arnaud always responded and helped us with recommendations and help when we were in doubt. We had an excellent stay as girls and enjoyed the cleanliness of the accommodation, the very clean pool, the kitchen equipment... nothing is missing... and the bedding is good (a side note for the pillows only)... You can book this rental with your eyes closed with Marie and Hélène who welcomed us very well. Thank you both (and the white wine was very good and well chilled ;)

We are delighted with our stay at Monica's! The accommodation is very beautiful, well thought out, well-equipped, functional. Monica and Maurice are very attentive hosts and have great tips. We made a lot of reference to them and the welcome booklet to organize our stay. The access to the pool and the provision of the ping pong table was a real plus with the children. And finally, the location in the middle of winter town is perfect (passing by the Moorish park and thanks to the elevator, we are in the center very quickly). Anyway, I highly recommend this listing!

J was extremely responsive and helpful! He was there when we arrived, showed us around the property, and made wonderful restaurant & activity suggestions. Because we arrived just before a holiday, he was very kind to help us make restaurant reservations for our entire stay; we would not have gotten in otherwise. The property was very centrally located - a short 1/2 block walk to Josie's Coffee shop; around the corner from a bike rental shop, bakery, grocery store, and the Lighthouse. We walked or biked around the town easily. The house was perfect - Cleanliness is super important to me and it was super clean. The house was recently renovated, had modern updates, and was very nicely decorated. The layout was perfect - each bedroom has its own bathroom. And, enjoyed sitting outside in the back yard at the pool in the late afternoon. This was a jewel of an experience for us.

We had a great time! The place was what we expected: super equipped, we found everything we needed even more . The hosting was very warm , very responsive when we had any questions. We would come back without a second thought if we had to come back to Arcachon!

Very nice accommodation, peaceful and well-equipped. Once the car is parked, everything is done on foot or by bike (generously offered by Patricia). Patricia is a charming, welcoming and available host. A pleasant stay close to shops, restaurants and the ocean.

We had a wonderful stay in this charming accommodation. As advertised, it is small, but it exudes a rare atmosphere of well-being. I was there with my wife and our one-and-a-half-year-old, and we felt really good, like in a cocoon. Sylvie was very nice and available, always ready to help if needed. A beautiful place, to be recommended without a second thought!

Our stay with our two two-year-olds went very well. The accommodation is easy to access, well located and very well equipped. The parking space inside the condominium is appreciated. Claire was not present during our stay but she was available and gave us all the information to make our stay go as smoothly as possible. The neighborhood is peaceful and the beach is 500 meters away and easy to access even with small children. We would recommend this listing.

Lovely apartment with magnificent ocean view. All conditions for a comfortable stay: modern furniture, all necessary appliances, convenient and smooth access to the property. A big plus is the availability of parking right next to the house, as well as shops and a market within a walking distance. The only small disadvantage is the lack of soap and shower gel, but it is easily fixable and did not affect the overall experience. All in all, a great place to relax, I recommend it!
