Excellent stay with our children in this small quiet house in a green corner, very well located with direct access to the bike path. Host with very good advice and very friendly. I recommend it.

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful house and our expectations were far exceeded. The location is perfectly quiet yet central, so we could easily reach everything in the area. The house itself is tastefully decorated, extremely clean and offers plenty of space for a relaxing break. A special highlight was the incredibly back-friendly mattresses - we rarely slept so well!!! It was really relaxing to wake up rested in the morning. A detail that takes the stay to another level. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and responsive to our questions. They have thought of everything, from small welcome touches to tips for the area. We really felt at home and were able to fully enjoy the time undisturbed. We would recommend this house to everyone without hesitation! A big thank you to the hosts!

A perfect 3 day stay!! The villa is very beautiful, as well as the garden and the pool. We were 3 couples of friends: we each had our own room and our own bathroom. The villa is well equipped. We didn't miss a thing. We were able to arrive without any problems at very late hours. The villa's environment is quiet. We are delighted and can't wait to come back as a family. We had a lovely holiday at Arnaud's place in lovely La Teste-De-Buch 😊 The home was absolutely stunning and perfectly located with the beach within walking distance and close to Duke du Pilat, which is definitely worth a visit. We felt very at home and Arnaud always responded and helped us with recommendations and help when we were in doubt. We had a great time at this charming place. Ideal location in the cool forest. But be careful anyway for those more sensitive to heat in summer, there is no air conditioning and everything is made of bay windows. Also, a heads up to my arachnophobic friends, this type of accommodation is a little challenge. Otherwise, the accommodation is very charming and comfortable, although the two additional bedrooms are quite cramped for anything other than children.

A slice of paradise... We had a wonderful week as a couple at Marie Sarah & Josselin's pretty house. The quiet and soothing environment, the view, the neat decoration, the layout, everything we liked. It's a haven of peace where you'll have a relaxing vacation. Pretty walks are accessible all around, for oyster lovers you will be served with the different cabins nearby. We recommend 100% Thanks to the hosts for their kindness.

J was extremely responsive and helpful! He was there when we arrived, showed us around the property, and made wonderful restaurant & activity suggestions. Because we arrived just before a holiday, he was very kind to help us make restaurant reservations for our entire stay; we would not have gotten in otherwise. The property was very centrally located - a short 1/2 block walk to Josie's Coffee shop; around the corner from a bike rental shop, bakery, grocery store, and the Lighthouse. We walked or biked around the town easily. The house was perfect - Cleanliness is super important to me and it was super clean. The house was recently renovated, had modern updates, and was very nicely decorated. The layout was perfect - each bedroom has its own bathroom. And, enjoyed sitting outside in the back yard at the pool in the late afternoon. This was a jewel of an experience for us.

We had a great time! The place was what we expected: super equipped, we found everything we needed even more . The hosting was very warm , very responsive when we had any questions. We would come back without a second thought if we had to come back to Arcachon!

Very nice accommodation, peaceful and well-equipped. Once the car is parked, everything is done on foot or by bike (generously offered by Patricia). Patricia is a charming, welcoming and available host. A pleasant stay close to shops, restaurants and the ocean.

Our stay with our two two-year-olds went very well. The accommodation is easy to access, well located and very well equipped. The parking space inside the condominium is appreciated. Claire was not present during our stay but she was available and gave us all the information to make our stay go as smoothly as possible. The neighborhood is peaceful and the beach is 500 meters away and easy to access even with small children. We would recommend this listing.

Lovely apartment with magnificent ocean view. All conditions for a comfortable stay: modern furniture, all necessary appliances, convenient and smooth access to the property. A big plus is the availability of parking right next to the house, as well as shops and a market within a walking distance. The only small disadvantage is the lack of soap and shower gel, but it is easily fixable and did not affect the overall experience. All in all, a great place to relax, I recommend it!

This accommodation is great: beautiful, well-equipped, comfortable, close to the beach (5-minute walk) and very quiet. Honestly, it was also very clean. However, check-in and check-out are done via a concierge service. The lady who took care of us was lovely. What I find a little unfortunate is that basic items such as toilet paper and tea bags are provided at your own expense. In my opinion, it would be fairer for the owners to provide a small budget or a "tip" to allow the concierges to provide these kinds of essentials. Because without it, we wouldn't even have toilet paper. So a big thank you to her 🙏 Suggestions have apparently already been made on this subject, it would be really great if they were taken into account 🤗 I repeat: apart from this small point, I highly recommend this accommodation. Thank you for your hospitality, and we would love to come back for a future stay!
