A bungalow rental house located in the "Roadside Station Takumi no Sato" on the Nakanojo Yugawara Line, Gunma Prefecture Road, 53. The building is made of total cypress, with high ceilings and open living and dining rooms, and a tea room that feels Japanese. In spring and autumn, you can hike, taste hunt, and outdoor barbecue on the terrace! In the winter, please use it as a base for skiing and snowboarding, including Naeba. Enjoy a wood-burning sauna and a stunning water bath. There are no private houses around, so you can also watch music and movies with loud noise. Because it is a house nestled deep in the mountains, we do our best, but there are insects during the warmer months.It snows a lot in winter.In autumn, the leaves are dancing. You must also adjust the fire in the wood stove yourself. It's never an easy home to live in, but with a great view and experience. There is a full counter kitchen with stunning views and condiments and cookers so you can enjoy cooking.(No BBQ equipment)

We loved it from the moment we walked in.The ceiling is high and cozy.The heater was also turned on during this expensive era, and it was very nice to have a warmth from the core that is different from the air conditioning. When I saw the river on Google Maps, it felt like "fuming", but it was actually a magnificent river, and now I want to take a walk if the weather is good. The owner's response was also great, and I had a comfortable stay.I look forward to staying here again.

Woww. This must be one of our most favorite stays in Japan! The actual place definitely looks even better than in the pictures! The two-floor apartment (a house really) is so spacious and so tastefully decorated. The house has so many glass windows that let in a lot of sunlight, a lot brighter than in the pictures! A perfect place to relax and spend a wonderful evening with friends and family especially after a full day of a skiing trip. We loved the kotatsu and the gas fan heaters. :))) We loved everything about the house really. Sayuri was wonderful host. We greatly appreciated our time at your place. Thank you so much!

【RiverxBBQ】Enjoy nature in a villa｜

I really liked this place. Set on a small river, this recently renovated house has 2 bedrooms upstairs and the lounge/dining , kitchen, bathroom downstairs. I slept in the lounge/ dining in a futon on the tatami floor - classic Japanese style. You could hear the river flowing outside. Very peaceful. You really need a car and if you are staying here. Though there is a bus stop 20 metres away, however buses stop in the late afternoon (my daughter got caught 3 kms away at 6pm when the buses finished). A very picturesque area, rural, surrounded by mountains. There aren’t any restaurants or supermarkets/convenience stores or even vending machines in easy walking distance. Though the restaurants may have been closed as I was there out of season. If you want a chill place to stay in the mountains (and you have a car) then this is your place.
