静かな住宅街にある一軒家です。ホスト家族が住んでいます。2階の2部屋に大人3人宿泊可能です。英語・仏語(夫）対応できます。洋朝食提供。お子様連れの家族歓迎です。 A house in a quiet residential area, just 20 minutes bus ride from the city center. Two spacious, over 10 ㎡ private rooms can be used for up to 3 people. The host and her husband live in the house. Families with children are welcome. We speak English and French. 心が温まる宮島の古民家

宮島の町家通りから一本通りを入ったところにある「ゲストハウス心」。 　玄関の暖簾をくぐると、京都の長屋の料亭を思い出すような竹壁で、踏み石で中庭に導かれていく粋な演出。中庭も白玉石とこけのバランスがきれいで、落ち着いた雰囲気に一役買っている。リビングからも中庭が見えるようにガラス戸を配してある。 　庭を介して宿泊者だけが泊まれる棟になっており、誰にも気兼ねすることはない。外から見ると普通の民家なのだが、一歩踏み入れると、別の雰囲気になり宿の魅力に繋がっている。聞けば、先代の主人は昔から庭いじりが好きで、趣味も幅広かったとのこと。ただ、冒頭のように最初は宿をはじめる気はなかったので、風呂の設備はない（シャワー有り。）のだが、周辺の宿を外湯として利用できる。1階がリビング、2階は二間続きの和室が寝室になっていて、6名までならゆっくりと滞在できる。 　中庭に「心」とこけの中に白い石で敷き詰めた文字がある。昔、庭師が遊び心で造ったもので、宿の名前の由来になっている。心を込めてもてなし、滞在する人に心を落ち着けて時間を過ごして欲しいと願っているという。

広島駅から南へタクシーで10分程度です。中心部にアクセスのよい便利な住宅街の4階建てビルです。 その３・4階がわたくしたちの住宅（朝食付きゲストハウス）です。 平和公園・中心部八丁堀まで各徒歩25分程度。（自転車貸し出しあり） Our house is located a 10-minute taxi ride from Hiroshima Station to the south. It is a 4-storied building in a convenient residential area with good access to the down town. The 3rd and 4th floors are our residences(guest house with breakfast). It takes about 25 minutes on foot to the Peace Park , downtown from our house. (Bicycle rental available)

Tatami room is a sunny room on the second floor,in which 3 members can stay with futon on the tatami. We introduce nearby restaurants of Okonomiyaki,Sushi,and Udon. We also offer an experience to prepare Japanese breakfast with the host. On-site parking costs 1,000 yen/night.
