Beachfront holiday rentals in Mindanao

Great place, power interruption is a problem in the Island and only had issues with it on the first night since there’s a lot of things we can do outdoors. We didn’t notice the power interruption hours since there’s a beach infront where we can sit and relax while waiting for the power to be back, ride motorcycle around the island, friendly staff who will give you tips on where to go and how can you stroll the Island, cafes and restau 5 mins walk. The room is clean and comfy for us and kids not to mention that you can have your coffee while having a an ocean/sea side view. I know it’s a bit far from tourist spot at San Juan but having access to motorcycle for rent and car self drive for rent, it’s like doing a road trip exploration on the Island on the way to tourists spots. There’s also a nice gym 10 mins walk from Ms Juvy’s place, it was really a great experience and we are planning to go back! Thank you so much Ms Juvy and to your friendly staffs!

Place is what we needed since we were a family of 6. Convenient location, clean, great wifi and bed was surprisingly comfortable. Host is very good at communicating.

This a great beach front home! It has a large pool, beautiful grounds, private environment, and a picture perfect view across the ocean. The home has 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, full kitchen, and large living room with a great tv and strong wi-fi. The air conditioning works great throughout the home. With beautiful marble floors and a large porch (where we took all of our meals), it is a classy place. We were truly on vacation when Gloria supplied a cook who prepared all of our meals. Her fee was very low and the meals were delicious! Jeb was our onsite person who cleaned the pool each morning and ensured that the grounds were kept immaculate. Gloria arranged our airport pickup with Ricky whose fee was also very reasonable. Gloria made our time time there even better from her greeting us upon our arrival to responding our questions very quickly, she truly cares about her guests. It takes a little extra effort to get there, but it is well worth it. We love this place, and you will too!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Alaba House Rental-Camiguin.From the moment I arrived the check in's process was seamless thanks to Ms Joyce clear instructions and prompt communication.The location was fantastic with easy access in any nearby attractions. The house itself was clean well organized and beautifully designed ..The kitchen was fully equipped wich made it easy to prepare a quick meal . I also appreciated the comportable beds and relaxing atmosphere of the living area. I highly recommend Alaba House. Thank you for a memorable stay

This 1 BR unit was beautiful and looked exactly like the photos. Stayed here for 9 days. Everything is brand new. They have everything you need from kitchen utensils,stove,blow dryer,can opener. Water pressure is strong. Bathroom smells nice. Water smells clean. It feels just like home. Loved everything about this place. Was nice and private. Very friendly staff and very helpful. close to the main road with restaurants. Very Clean and tidy, and well maintained. Would absolutely stay here again. Ram, thank you for being kind to everyone. I was travelling with my elderly mom and my young daughter. My mom appreciated the daily housekeeping, my kid loved the pool. For me, what stood out was the location - not too far from key areas but away from the crowded touristy parts. The only concern I raised was the internet - it was weak and kept getting disconnected. It meant I couldn't get some online work done, but also that I just had to surrender to relaxing in Sofia's place. 🙂 And yes, there is a new, friendly owner. Some issues I've previously read in google reviews would no longer be true. 😏

My stay was great and the hosts are very friendly and helpful with everything. Even got local recommendations and the shops and restaurants know the hosts by name as they are well known residents. Great place, close to areas of interest and also right next to motorcycle rental. overall, recommend this place and will be back again.

An amazing peaceful oasis that is extremely well set up & maintained. This listing is the perfect place to be your base to visit Apo Island & to explore everything this part of Negros has to offer. Beautiful views & great relaxation as well. Highly recommended.

I would highly reccomwnd this place to anyone looking to enjoy the peace and tranquility but also have places to visit with in minutes. Peter and Rowena made us feel like we were at home and was comfortable. They were there when needed always providing information on places to go and see. The location is what you see on TV or only dream of having your own coast line to watch the sun rise and sunset was amazing. My partner and I enjoyed our last night with a sunset dinner on the property and could not have asked for a better view. We loved swimming with the dogs and in the pool. Property is secured no worries of anything no chickens no karaoke in the morning again a very peaceful place to get away from the city life and more of a province country life. Will definitely book again when visiting.

Our stay was lovely. With your own private gate to a coral reef at the bottom of the garden and a stunning view to match, you could not be in better surroundings. Chin Chin and Litho, our caretakers, took care of any requests we had when we asked them. There are a few local eateries within a few minutes' walk from the property and you can get a bus into Dumaguete right outside the house - it takes about 45 minutes. The only things to note are the numerous cockerals that crow at all hours and the fact that the water pressure in the shower is quite low. Apart from this, if you love being off the beaten track and you want a slice of local culture, then this is the place for you!

Our stay at Sandy Feet Resort was one of the best vacation experiences we've had in the Philippines. One for the books! Just right location, fantastic amenities, caring, responsive and catering staff; and the villa itself, elegantly designed with exquisitely placed furnishings with such meticulous details; just so beautifully put together. And last but most certainly not the least, Alexandra was the consummate host; responsive, thorough and kind, who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. It was perfection all around. We hope to be back. Dear Alexandra, Ms. Joy, Mr. Larry, all of the staff, thank you so much for the extra care and touches; especially for the nighttime birthday preparations at the beach, under the stars. What memories we left with! It was a 6-day furlough we will soon not forget, thanks to you all!

Besides no internet and mobile network (issue almost everywhere on the island) really nice room and hotel. Try death by chocolate at the bar 😄

Great place to stay especially if you are a large family. there are 3 bedrooms which can accommodate at least 8 people. great outdoor wrap around deck gives great views of everything. Hosts were overly helpful

We really enjoyed our time in Anda. it was a clean and very good equipped Bungalow (Smart Tv, Snacks, Info about the area etc.) There are just two Bungalows so its very privat and quiet and the staff helped us with everything. we loved the beautiful places in front of the sea and the whole place is lovely designed. we would love to come back and spend our time there! highly recommended 😊
