View of the St. Lawrence River. Large terrace. Access to the nearly 30-acre private forest. Access to land at the top of the cliff. Less than a 5-minute drive from Forillon National Park. A studio is attached to the house and rented during the summer. The outer deck is shared.

Property located in the basement of our fully equipped main house with 2 bedrooms. Great view of the Dartmouth River from the outside! As we live in the upstairs accommodation, we are nearby if needed, but you will hear noise such as footsteps, voices/crying, our child knocking his toys on the floor. 10 min. from Gaspé city center 20 min. from Forillon National Park 1 hour from Percé
