We weren’t able to stay on Michael’s place because 2GO has denied our boat trip but we appreciate Michael and his team for granting us a refund. I really recommend Michael and his place especially if you want to stay near sm seaside and nustar. They are accommodating and very understanding.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Mia & Paul’s 2BR condo unit at Avida Riala in IT Park, Cebu. Mia & Paul were excellent hosts—very responsive, friendly, and professional. The entire transaction was smooth and hassle-free, with clear and timely instructions provided throughout our stay. Check-in was quick and easy, which we really appreciated after a late evening flight. The unit itself was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The air conditioning units worked perfectly, the space was clutter-free, and the linens and towels were fresh and clean—just what we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is also a big plus. It’s within walking distance to Ayala Malls Central Bloc in IT Park, with lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. There’s are convenience stores and bakery just across the building, and the bus station and Sugbo Mercado food court are also close by—very convenient! Highly recommended, and would love to stay here again on our next Cebu trip.

Very comfortable place !

My family and I loved the place — simple yet classy (at least for us 😉). All the appliances were working well, except for the digital door lock when entering the room. However, it worked fine from the inside, and a key was provided just in case, so it wasn’t a problem. If I may suggest, perhaps consider a slightly later checkout time — 10 AM feels a bit early. Extending it to at least 12 noon would be more convenient for guests. Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend the place!

We had an amazing stay, the unit was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The place was well-equipped and the Wi-Fi was fast and very very reliable. Plus fantastic location its in the heart of the city, close to all the major attractions and public transportation. Will def come back

A Perfect Stay in Mandaue! I had an incredible stay at this beautifully maintained condo. The space was spotlessly clean and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were cozy, and the washer and dryer were convenient. Taking out the trash was easy and nearby. And security was friendly and very helpful. The condo’s location is unbeatable—close to the malls and restaurants. The balcony, seaside view, pool, gym, and secure parking made the stay even more enjoyable. Mary was a great host, always quick to respond and very accommodating. She provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out, making the whole process seamless. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Mandaue or Cebu City. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in town!

I recently stayed at Skyluxe for a week and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The unit was very close to a laundry shop, coffee shop, massage parlor and grocery store. The unit had a big bathroom and TV. The internet was super fast. It was affordable compared to other condo units in IT park and the unit had complete furniture for cooking. Thanks Von and Shea for welcoming us into your home.

The location was awesome, a few steps from Ayala IT Mall. I loved the style; the bedroom was spacious, and there were some extra kitchen items. Overall, I recommend checking it out; you will love it.

Location and quality is worth the price

The condo unit was very comfortable to stay, Host was very accomodating, She left something in the fridge for us and it was delicious ,my kids really liked it.. this place is highly recommended to other travellers who need a place to stay. A family of 4 to 6 no problem, the place is spacious..Host is kind and personally greeted us when we arrived...Thank you so much...

We had a fantastic stay at Victoria's Mactan Cebu condo! The place was impeccably clean and conveniently located right next to a variety of shops and restaurants, making our experience even more enjoyable. We stayed at Julie's place as a family of 7 and the place was perfect for our stay in Cebu. We particularly liked the shops for the convenience of being able to pop downstairs for something to eat. Having the pools was fantastic for the kids in the hot afternoons. I would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks Julie:)

Since we checked in into a neat and tidy Airbnb, we also left it neat and tidy. The unit is good as advertised. Clean and modern interior, very accessible. Parking though is not free. Overall, our stay was excellent.
