Holiday rentals with a patio in Minglanilla

I had a fantastic 5-day stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. Communication with the host was smooth and easy; they were responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the cozy balcony, thoughtful touches, though the wifi is not fiber yet sometimes it has slow connection but overall. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

The flat felt homey. Location is near the best hang-out places in Cebu, but also quietly tucked in a peaceful neighborhood. It had evrything I needed. Host had all the written instructions laid out very well already, but was also very quick to respond to inquiries. I highly recommend this place! The guards at the ground floor were also very helpful.

It had a few hiccups on the wifi since the signal might not be as good if you need a very strong one but overall I booked this for my friend who was visiting and they love it. View is amazing and the furnishing is like a hotel. Would highly recommend! Very responsive as well! Thank you!

We had an amazing experience at MAnny's Place! The space was clean, cozy, and just as described. We cooked a lot of our meals in the kitchen, which was well-equipped with everything we needed — made it feel just like home. The layout was comfortable and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The bed was super comfortable and all amenities were thoughtfully provided. The location was also ideal, close to great restaurants, Tao'ist Temple and public transportations. In our case we brought our Ford Ranger pickup, and it fit perfectly in the garage — a big plus for us, especially since parking can be tricky in some places. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, yet it was still close to great spots for dining and exploring. Our contact perosn Kuya Buddywas incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any questions. This place was fantastic, one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in,. Such a well fitted condo, had everything it stated and more, lots of extras other places just don’t have. Really well thought out condo, the swimming pool is fantastic with pool side cafe, a 7/11 just 2 mins walk, taxis easy, and a nice Buffett breakfast available at hotel on roof deck with 360 views of Cebu. Marcley’s communication was excellent, and I made a couple of late changes to my stay dates and he was very helpful, thank you,. My family and I loved the place — simple yet classy (at least for us 😉). All the appliances were working well, except for the digital door lock when entering the room. However, it worked fine from the inside, and a key was provided just in case, so it wasn’t a problem. If I may suggest, perhaps consider a slightly later checkout time — 10 AM feels a bit early. Extending it to at least 12 noon would be more convenient for guests. Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend the place!

we had a lovely 2 weeks stay, perfect as a base for our family holiday to Cebu. House was perfectly located for us and was clean, modern and made us feel at home. Only minor issue was loss of water for a couple of hours on 2 days, but this was an area issue not specific to the house. Overall we were more than happy with our stay and thank Hiram and his team for accommodating us and enabling our family holiday to be the success it was.

We were in Cebu / Lapu2x for the week, Dana's place was comfortably located near my son's football training camp in the vicinity. Instantly the house felt like home. The 2nd bedroom with an office table setup was perfect - had a full day virtual meet & productive focused work. Dana was very friendly and responsive. I highly recommend the place for families.

The room was very spacious, bright, and comfortable. The location is central, but getting anywhere requires more than just walking distance, which has to take a taxi. it’s definitely great value, and I would stay here again next time.

Just exactly what we need. Clean, quiet, has strong internet connection, with basic cooking amenities. You don't have to wait long for the elevator.

We really enjoyed staying at Miriam & Malane’s place. Upon arriving at the place we saw a speaker with mic attached to it and started singing karaoke while relaxing a bit. The balcony view was breathtaking!! The place is accessible to nearby places to go, but we got lost the first day going to Ayala Malls (which is a funny experience for us) hahahaha the second day we opted to ask the lobby man for easiest route going to IT park, turns out there is another entrance/exit at the pool side. All in all the place and people were very accommodating. And we’d really love to come back. Thank you very much!

Kelvin was a great host. Very responsive. Has a great apartment and super affordable for long stays. The only issue I had wasn’t Kelvin’s fault but the company that owns the condos charges a fee on the weekends to use the pool and then on mondays the pool is closed for cleaning so technically you only get 4 days to use the pool. the weekends definitely feel more like children from the neighborhood get to use the pool that don’t live at the condos the guards are usually on their phones or napping not paying attention unless you are a foreigner walking into the pool area and then they’ll ask you for money to use the pool.

Great place it’s a little bit tucked away in an alley but was private and peaceful while still nearby to a lot of walkable places to eat and shop. Would stay again.

Really really enjoyed our stay here. I love the balcony setup, everything is clean, the pool is quiet small but we had it all for ourselves, which rarely happens when I book BnBs. So smooth check-in, non hassle, bang for the buck, and I could totally see myself booking here again.
