It has two exterior bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a large living room with a fireplace and a porch overlooking the river on the upper floor. A kitchen with a dining area and a half bath, with access to the patio and porch, on the ground floor. Great care has been taken with the lighting and comfort. This house is located in an old abandoned village near the river with a beautiful little beach. If you enjoy being in contact with nature, this is the ideal place; you can find otters, many varieties of birds, etc. The house has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and air conditioning.
