You will love being in a quiet cul de sac, parking outside the house. Only a 20 minute walk into Sutton Coldfield, and Good Hope Hospital, via Newhall Valley Country Park. Sutton Park is nearby, which is a beautiful, 2400 acre National Nature Reserve. There are buses and trains within a short walking distance. A drive to many beautiful places within an hour. I am easy going, and willing to help with any queries. I have 2 gorgeous well behaved and friendly cockapoo dogs.
