First floor with elevator. Few neighbors and quiet. It has a cold and heat pump, living room with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom. Possibility of parking a few meters away for an additional fee and forget about the car, because you have all the services within walking distance to get to know the entire historic center and downtown.

Our refurbished stone tiny house has loads of character, it's located next to the famous castel of Guadalest & the moutain views from the plot are breathtaking. Access is very easy next to the road cv-70, and you can fully disconnect in nature, discover this authentic region, do walks, kayak at the lake, cycle, eat at many local restaurants etc. We have a huge wood pergola, water from citern, solar electricity with 5kw batery, 2 showers.

Located on a quiet street at the highest point in Altea, it has incredible views, almost 360 degrees, with no neighbors next door. The house has everything you need, including everything for the beach. House cleaning done only with organic products! Child-friendly house!
