Duplex house with balcony overlooking the sea, inside a small condominium of 9 houses with direct access to Araçaipe Beach through the garden. The condominium has a leisure area, barbecue and swimming pool. Very quiet place and ideal for families and couples to enjoy their vacation. Just 30 steps to the beach, which turns into a natural pool when the sea is low.
