1 Bedroom Apartment

Ridge Retreat is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. You will have 100% privacy in this cozy ground floor apartment. There is one queen bed and the couch is a futon that opens into a full size bed. Bedding for the futon is located in the bedroom closet and includes a foam topper. Shell station/mini mart and Apple Capital loop trail are less than a mile away. Leavenworth, Lake Chelan, and Mission Ridge range from 25-40 minutes away and the Gorge Amphitheater is less than an hour drive.

Have a relaxing getaway in our cozy, private one-bedroom suite! Minutes from downtown and walking distance from the university. Self-check-in with a door lock keypad for your convenience. There is a mini fridge freezer, kitchenette, microwave, smart TV, electric fireplace, desk, shower, and more! Enjoy the art of Ellensburg by a local artist. You may be serenaded occasionally during the hours of 9 am to 6 pm on weekdays by quiet violin and piano lessons and hear our young family during the day

Truly one of a kind tiny home! Located one mile from CWU campus. You are close to town yet surrounded by pasture. This tiny home has all the amenities you may need including roomy bathroom, full Kitchen, washer dryer, Internet, and TV. There is a 2nd story 10X10 deck looking East and below is a covered patio with a BBQ and Hot tub. Private with lots of outside space. Enjoy! *** I am building another silo 100ft away.
