Unit includes one off street parking space in a garage and a 4th-floor patio. There are 2 mini-split AC/heating units, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge w/ ice maker, a microwave, & a full stove range and a 56" tv. There is a deck w/ two recliner chairs. The bedroom includes a queen bed, a large closet & another 56" TV. There’s a 3/4 bathroom w/ tiled shower. The living room has a couch that pulls out to a king size memory foam mattress. The unit is about 2mi from campus and 1mi from downtown.

Welcome to our fully remodeled, energy efficient home, centrally located in the mountains of Missoula. Our home is a short 10 minute bike ride to downtown or a $12 Lyft. Unique Luxury Grain Bin called the Happy Place

Unique grain bin, luxury style glamping, with heated tile floors, air conditioning, breath taking views, and loving farm animals to include two Bison. The grain bin has an outdoor porta-potty 20 feet away and a summer outdoor hot shower and also guests share an indoor restroom 75 feet away, laundry room, kitchen, and a rec room in the basement of the main house with a private entrance. Comfortable king size bed, bunk beds, desk, coffee bar, microwave, and a fridge. One mile off Hwy 93

Enjoy a peaceful and private getaway in the mountains of Montana. This newly renovated historic forest service cabin is located close to the interstate & Clark Fork River access. Moderate/ Mild walking and hiking is available onsite. Restaurants are located within a 10 to 15 minute as well as a grocery store. Starlink internet and cell service is provided. We hope you see its potential and feel the peacefulness and calm that it affords as a refuge from the noise and demands of life.

Burns Street Studio

A charming, quiet, tiny studio loft apartment in the historic, centrally located, Westside neighborhood. This beautiful space is in a stand alone building is located 4.7 mi from airport. The exterior stairway to the private entrance has 15 steps and I have included lots of photos. There are pretty mountain views out of every window. The American Leather sofa and bed are comfortable. The water pressure in the shower is excellent. Check in and check out times are firm.

Hip Strip Studio 60 in the heart of Missoula!

Experience the heart of downtown Missoula in this large studio apartment located on the Hip Strip! One of the best locations with bakeries, breweries, great restaurants and entertainment venues just steps away. Walk out your door onto the Clark Fork Riverfront Trail and watch the surfers on Brennan's wave. Caras Park, The Wilma, The Top Hat and Farmer's Market are all within a few blocks.
