Great for visiting the nations capitol and lovely Maryland.

My stay at Habeeb’s went smoothly from beginning to end! Check in was great because he uses an app vs having to type in a code. The space was clean, and looked like the images. The room was very comfortable, private , quiet and clean. I never heard loud noises or anything. You will need to have your own account for streaming services like Hulu, Netflix, etc. to sign in and use them. A bonus to my stay was discovering the walking trail along the lake right outside the side of the house. What a nice bonus! Habeeb has a proactive communication style which i appreciated. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area! Will book again when needed

Thank you Lawrence for being the best host I've had since I left my home to return to the office in February. My quarters was amazing, spotless and roomy. I appreciated Lawrence installing outdoor lights to help light my way when I leave for work at 4am. Lawrence is very throughtful and notify his guests when other quarters are occupied. Since coming to Lawrence's airbnb, I feel comfortable and secure. It was very easy to settle in. My quarters was spacious and clean. The shared quarters are always clean. The laundry area has room to fold clothes and washer and dryer can handle a large blanket. I feel so comfortable here, I will renew my stay again, if Lawrence will have me.

Mark and his daughter were excellent hosts! Friendly and helpful. The room was cozy and a nice place to stay outside of DC. Metro stop is close by. As an LGBTQ+ solo traveler, I felt welcome and safe at their home. I highly recommend this Airbnb and I would stay with them again!
