Apartment holiday rentals in Mitrovica

There are many apartments to rent in the Cevahir Sky Towers, but with this one we got exactly what we were looking for: a polite and responsive host, a charming, practical, and cozy apartment, and a high enough floor for the amazing view. True recommendation.

This apartment is in a fantastic location, right in central Prishtina - on a pedestrianised street with lots of cafes and restaurants and places of interest nearby. It looks just like the pictures other than change of sofa. Views from the french doors are amazing. The apartment has all that you need, including toiletries etc. Flaka was a great host - always replying to my messages and questions in a helpful way. She very kindly messaged to let us know on check in day that we could get in early. Much appreciated with a young child. Mechanical blinds in the kitchen / lounge were not working but Flaka offered to get these fixed as soon as possible. You do need to be mobile, as there are lots of stairs to climb (no lift/elevator) and the path leading to the entrance of the building (at the rear) is not flat and quite hazardous. This isn't Flaka's fault or anything to do with the apartment itself though. Sofa bed is also very firm. Overall a great place to stay. Thanks Flaka! Recommended.

The decoration is very modern (loved the floors by the way) plates and glasses were very clean and cute. We stayed with my husband so the bathroom curtain was not an issue but of course it would be better if there was a door. Loved the skylights, the location was easy, central and safe. Thank you for having us 💖✨

Just fell in love with this place! This is exactly the cozy corner that you want to find for a holiday in the mountains. Everything from thoughtful interior to stunning views from the windows is made to make you feel in harmony with nature. You can safely leave the car at the house, and no hassle. The skiing is literally a couple of minutes by car, so it's perfect for those who like to ride. The inside is incredibly stylish. Everything is in natural materials, wooden elements, large windows through which there is a fabulous view. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make a delicious breakfast or dinner, there is no washing machine, keep that in mind. We didn't mind, but for a long stay it can be a nuance. Special thanks to the hosts – so friendly and caring people that you feel like a dear guest. We are dreaming of coming back!

spectacular sunrise view of the city from high up in a luxury building with a concierge. very close to great restaurants, bars, and museums. shopping is very convenient. really a wonderful experience

Hands down the best airbnb I have stayed so far, every touch is personal and well-thought, has a nice supermarket downstairs, very clean, and the hosts are very convenient to communicate with. Definitely will visit again in case I come to skopje, 100% recommended.

The home is exactly as described! Great access by bus, you can get to the center within two stops. The house is quiet, but the accommodation is superbly located with a supermarket right outside the door and many restaurants and cafes in the immediate vicinity! The accommodation includes everything you need and more; everything was sparkling clean and as in the pictures; we felt very comfortable! The two air conditioners in the living room and bedroom were life savers at 35 degrees outside 😄 Mishko was always easily accessible, very friendly and greeted us personally on arrival! We were happy all around! 😊

My three-week stay at Lazar's apartment was a really enjoyable experience. Although I didn't meet Lazar in person, he was always easy to reach and answered my messages very promptly. His parents, Nena and Sasha, live downstairs and they made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The apartment itself is even more spacious than it appears in the photos and everything you'd expect for a pleasant stay is provided: fast Internet connection (perfect for working online as I did), cable TV, a really good washing machine plus drier and clothes pegs, hot water available at all times, a very comfortable bed, lots of cupboard space for clothes and all the necessary kitchen utensils. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood just off a main road about half an hour's walk from the centre of town and Kruševac bus station, and there are plenty of supermarkets, bakeries and other shops in the vicinity. All in all, I'd say this accommodation is excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

This was truly one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared with so many lovely touches that made me feel instantly at home. I really appreciated the fridge stocked with breakfast items, coffee, little chocolates, and even a bottle of wine — such a kind and generous gesture. The location was also great, just about a 15-minute walk to both the main square and the bus station. The bed was super comfortable and the AC worked great during the heatwave in Skopje. Above all, Boris was an exceptional host — his hospitality, attention to detail, and warm welcome made my stay even more special. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Skopje!

The view from the apt on the 24th floor is incredible. Big apt w/large bathroom. Walkable to parks, grocery, churches, restaurants and city center 40min. Host was accommodating & responsive if any issue arose.

very nice apartment in a top location to explore skopje, close to restaurants, supermarkets and the centre. its great value, comfortable, well equipped, very clean and with a nice view from the balcony. also the host risto and his wife are very friendly and helpful. 100% recommended!

Flutura is an amazing host. She cares about her guests comfort and make sure you have everything you need. The house is very beautiful with unique furniture and vibrant atmosphere. It’s spacious and pet friendly . Us family of 4 and our dog had a great time In Flutura’s apartment . 😃
