Attic apartment completed in August 2021 with a quiet location in the center of the village. The living area is open plan and offers a view into the gable. The well-equipped fitted kitchen was included in the open concept. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and bamboo parquet and also has a fireplace The view through the floor-to-ceiling windows falls on the quiet residential street or the green roof. The daylight bathroom is equipped with a quarter-circle shower.

We rent our centrally located newly furnished small apartment with a living room and bedroom, separate small kitchen, bathroom, small hallway and a cozy conservatory, which is furnished as a dining room. The kitchen has the most important utensils and appliances for self-catering. The large built-in wardrobe in the hallway offers enough space for your wardrobe. Apartment in a 1930s house - Hanover and Deister

Our 30-year-old house is located in a quiet and green residential area. The garden with old trees can also be used. We renovated the house ourselves and were keen to preserve the character. The apartment on the upper floor offers a good view of the garden and the Deister. By arrangement, I will gladly offer breakfast for a fee. Parking is available in front of the property. The S-Bahn station with a half-hour connection to Hanover is a 3-minute walk.

Welcome to my small attic apartment on the 2nd floor. You sleep in a cozy box-spring bed and cater to yourself in perfectly equipped kitchen. There is a bathtub in the bathroom. The shower is available for shared use at any time and is located directly opposite the apartment. A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement. Shopping and line 6, which takes you directly to the city center, are a 10-minute walk away.
