It is a compact one-room old house surrounded by mountains. Please spend a relaxing time in nature where birds chirp. Private BBQs are also popular on the BBQ grill in front of the entrance. There is a Daruma stove on the dirt floor, so you can burn firewood to warm up on cold days, or sunbathe on the terrace or veranda. The kitchen has a 3-burner gas stove, gas oven range, large sink, cookware, dishes, and various glasses. (Please bring your own seasonings) The bathroom, made of cypress walls and tiles, has a separate bath and toilet, so you can use it without hesitation. The Hayama Isshiki area is the most Hayama-like area centered on the Isshiki coast and the Hayama Imperial Villa right in front of it. From supermarkets, drug stores, and casual eateries within walking distance to hidden restaurants. It is the best area to get a feel for local life in Hayama. The renovated interior of the 1950s house consists of a living room facing the garden, a large kitchen, three bedrooms, and a bathroom. The bedroom has 3 single beds and 2 sets of futons, and can accommodate up to 5 people. Enjoy Hayama's relaxing lifestyle away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, such as reading on the veranda where the warm sun shines on sunny days, or taking a walk to Isshiki Beach to see the sunset while enjoying Hayama's townscape.

We remodeled this beachfront house ourselves. It is a 30-second walk to the beach and has a Showa-era feel. The name of the facility ”Hayamana" is a combination of Hayama (Hayama) and Mana (Soul). It's not luxurious by any means, but it has a nostalgic, soothing atmosphere. The property also has a stand-up paddle rental, and beginners can attend a school. The owner is a certified professional of the PSA (Professional SUP Association), so that you can fully enjoy the activities of the sea with peace of mind. There is also a surprisingly unknown trail entrance surrounded by the greenery of Hayama, 5 minutes away on foot. Conveniently located within walking distance to various restaurants, cafes, a supermarket, drug store, coin laundry, etc.
