This is located in an area right near the ancient Japanese capital of Kamakura about 1000 years ago, across the coast from Zushi. I was fascinated by this place and chose it. We usually use it as a family vacation home. We wanted to provide this rich environment to more people, so we decided to start Airbnb. ・ Access from the city center is also good. ・ About 10 minutes on foot to the beach on a flat road. ・ Exceptional views of Mt. Fuji and the sunset from the Morito coast. ・ There are many unique restaurants nearby, such as delicious seafood and Italian restaurants. ・ There is a hiking trail right nearby, 　From the top of the mountain, you can see the town of Hayama and the sea. ・ You can enjoy the seasonal views. This house is the perfect place to relax in nature. Surrounded by the beautiful sea and majestic mountains, you can refresh yourself away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It is a compact one-room old house surrounded by mountains. Please spend a relaxing time in nature where birds chirp. Private BBQs are also popular on the BBQ grill in front of the entrance. There is a Daruma stove on the dirt floor, so you can burn firewood to warm up on cold days, or sunbathe on the terrace or veranda. The kitchen has a 3-burner gas stove, gas oven range, large sink, cookware, dishes, and various glasses. (Please bring your own seasonings) The bathroom, made of cypress walls and tiles, has a separate bath and toilet, so you can use it without hesitation. We also offer catering services to the room by reservation. * Closed on New Year's holidays Isshiki Coast, Hayama Park, Imperial Villa → 10-minute walk Supermarket, drug store, convenience store → 10-minute walk The BBQ usage fee is included in the accommodation fee, but please bring charcoal and igniters with you. * A separate fee will be charged for the use of the facilities by non-guests. We remodeled this beachfront house ourselves. It is a 30-second walk to the beach and has a Showa-era feel. The name of the facility ”Hayamana" is a combination of Hayama (Hayama) and Mana (Soul). It's not luxurious by any means, but it has a nostalgic, soothing atmosphere. The property also has a stand-up paddle rental, and beginners can attend a school. The owner is a certified professional of the PSA (Professional SUP Association), so that you can fully enjoy the activities of the sea with peace of mind. There is also a surprisingly unknown trail entrance surrounded by the greenery of Hayama, 5 minutes away on foot. Conveniently located within walking distance to various restaurants, cafes, a supermarket, drug store, coin laundry, etc.
