Spotless Modern Steps from the Best Shops and Restaurants.

New Construction! Grab a snack from a local food cart and kick back under the backyard parasol with a good book. This light-flooded space blends crisp white decor with rich teal accents, cheerful pops of yellow, and calming abstract art for a well-rounded look. There is a mother-in-law suite in the basement of the house so no loud noise, large gatherings after 11 pm (quiet hours). There is a $50 cleaning fee for pets. I personally built this house and I have been an Airbnb host for over 2 years and love being able to offer my home to caring respectful guests. Guests rent the entire top unit/main house. This has a private entrance only accessible by guests. Around the back of the house is a shared bbq, patio, tables, etc. Mississippi is a great area with plenty of places to eat, shop, see a show, go to a gallery, and relax on the patio and watch people bike by. There is a co-op 4 blocks away for groceries and a Whole Foods around 10 minutes' walk away. The house is a 3 minute walk to a bus stop and less that 10 minute walk to the Max (public train) station. There is plenty of parking on the street. There are dogs on the property but they do not have access to the house. If you bring your own pet there is an extra $50 cleaning fee. Please leave this on the counter for the cleaner when you check out.

Spacious, Cozy, Artsy Flat w new stove & Bathroom!

Located in the heart of inner Eastside Portland, you'll enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Many of Portland's best restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, and parks are within easy walking distance. This is a wonderful space and we put a lot of love into it... complete with a new bathroom and A/C. The space is great for couples, solo adventures, and business travelers who are looking for a convenient home base with easy access to all the Eastside has to offer.
