Small cottage with charm on Øståsen in Vikersund. 40 min walk uphill from the parking lot. Here there is a simple life without electricity and water. The way up is a nice ride, a bit heavy for some lots. Recommend to go up before dark. Remember good shoes and warm clothes. On top of that, the prize awaits, flat and nice with lovely views:) Bunk bed in the kitchen, sofa bed in the living room. Bright and cozy apartment in rural and scenic surroundings on the peninsula Røyse, with a lovely view of Tyrifjorden. The apartment is about 60 sqm, on the 1st floor of a residential house, and has a separate entrance. In the living room there is TV with Blu-ray player, cromecast and many TV channels. The bedroom has a double bed. In addition, two mattresses that you can put on the floor. 1 person (max 180 cm) can sleep on the sofa in the living room. Screened, sunny terrace with dining area and sofa nook. The rent includes everything, bring toiletries and food.

Small log cabin at Holleia in Krødsherad Municipality. The lodge is located entirely for themselves, 20 minutes drive on forest road from the main road. Go all the way to the cabin. Easy standard without electricity and running running. In winter we recommend to bring your own duvet or sleeping bag as there are only summer duvets in the cabin! If you pay a fishing license in the barrier, you have access to fishing in all waters! Possibility of kilos fish in forest waters around. Holleia offers amazing hikes for those who want to walk short and far. Skiing opportunities right outside the cabin when there is enough snow! You are very welcome!

The Post Cabin

Lower your pulse to the top of the Post Cabin! Stolpehytta is 5 minutes away from Blaafarveværket in Modum Municipality, just off the Høyt & Lavt Modum climbing park. Here you can find quiet among the treetops. The large windows provide a panoramic view of the landscape and the night sky. Built in solid wood, with an area of 27 m2, it gives just room for what you need for a relaxing trip away from everyday life. If you want activity, you can rent electric bikes, stroll down to the climbing park, or explore the local community.

Perfect for quiet evenings in the presence of nature. Access to the cabin is about 15 min walk (1.5 km) with partial forest road and nice hiking trail. Ski run in winter. Drinking water is arranged by host. Road fee NOK 100 Bed linen and towels are not included. Recommend going up before dark. Remember the headlamp.

Homeowner has dogs playing in the garden. It is therefore important that the tenant likes dogs.

The Cabin is at the top of the hill so you will experience amazing views and extraordinary sunsets. View over Tyrifjorden. It has steep edges around the hut so small children will need to be supervised. The Cabin was built in the 1940's. The livingroom boasts enormous windows so the view is equally breathtaking both indoors and outdoors. 4x4 is recommended but you can also walk up the steep road roughly 15/20 minutes.
