The stay was super peaceful and I was able to rest well. The apartment is exactly as advertised, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. We had only two setbacks: an odor coming from the bathroom drain, which improved by leaving the drain closed, and the outlet above the bed that didn't work - but the other outlets in the room were fine. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend the stay!

Kamila’s place is an absolute gem — clean, comfy, and in a great spot with a bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, and restaurant all nearby. The view from the 25th-floor deck is stunning — perfect for morning coffee or sunset drinks. Kamila is a fab guest — warm, easy to talk to, and incredibly helpful. Loved my stay and would absolutely come back!

The apto is complete, has a gas stove, fridge, utensils, cable TV, iron, hairdryer, the shower is good. The only noise is the noise: during the working days there is noise at peak times because it is located in a central area of the city, for those who want a quiet place maybe this is not the ideal place. It is 3 blocks from Shopping Cidade, 1 block from the supermarket, 1 block of the burger king and the subway, 1 block of selfservice laundry, there is a bus stop at the door, a cafeteria just across the street. In addition, there is still the building's gym, which although small, you can break a branch. It is up to each one to evaluate the cost benefit. It was perfect for me! Adriana, who cleaned up, and the people of the concierge are fine people! It would return again for sure!

The stay at the house was excellent! The environment was extremely clean, and everything was exactly as shown in the photos. Rita attended us very well, very attentive and friendly. The location is ok — it is a little far from the center of Ouro Preto, but in about 10 minutes by car you can get there easily. The bed is very comfortable and large, and the shower has very hot water. Our experience was great, we definitely recommend it!

The stay was great, the building's doormen were very kind to us. The house was clean and tidy, and the location was excellent. Good value for money. The only points for improvement would be the bedding, which seemed old to me. And the bathrooms are very small, but I understand that there is not much to do. Just one caveat for future guests. Mariana was communicative and assisted with all the instructions for arrival.

I loved the house! Impeccable, clean kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. We were greeted at the house with a light scent of incense in the air, a delight. The view from the balcony is a delight for our eyes, and the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, despite being close to a busy avenue. Although we pass through the hostess' room, Brunna is attentive when we are leaving to avoid discomfort to the guest and we bump into each other by chance, I found it to be a differential! I didn't see this as a problem as I saw in a comment. In addition, the only problem I can point out about this apartment is that we feel so at home that we believe we will return there at the end of the day, even after leaving. We're heartbroken haha Great location, perfect stay.

impeccable and surprising! we spent a delicious weekend at this accommodation, it matches the photos exactly, but it still surprised me a lot with so much beauty! wonderful and very cozy place. the waterfall is really close and it's wonderful! A rustic house in the mountains for lovers of peace and nature. We were visited by toucans, seriemas and many other types of birds. The view of the mountains is a precious sight. Despite unforeseen events at our check-in, the hosts were super understanding and extremely helpful in meeting our needs.

Our stay was super nice. The house is beautiful. Full kitchen, great bathrooms, comfortable bed. The outdoor area is green, overlooking the forest, beautiful garden and the waterfall with the lake gives it all the charm. We love to sit and enjoy the sun in nature, to the sound of falling water. The jacuzzi is also super nice, with very hot water and a whirlpool, extremely relaxing. The interior with television and big screen, very cool for watching movies at night, and we also had fun with the video game with games from the 90s. The stay is super worth it and excellent for those looking for a moment to relax and rest. Easy to reach. We really enjoyed the experience, we felt at home and we hope to return.

The house is even more beautiful in person, very well equipped, large, spacious, located within a condominium, which brought a lot of security, since we were a group of only women. We did the self-check in, due to the electronic lock, which was also very comfortable for us. Spacious and beautiful rooms and bathrooms. I stayed in Gonçalo's apartment for four months, as part of a university exchange, with three other roommates. From the moment we arrived, we were very warmly welcomed, with many local specialties carefully arranged on the dining table. An attention that touched us a lot. The apartment is located in the Centro de Belo Horizonte district. While this neighborhood isn't reputed to be the safest, we've never had any issues. The proximity to a supermarket and shopping mall (less than a two minute walk) made our daily life much easier. Gonçalo was a very responsive host: he usually responded within the hour to each of our messages, and intervened quickly if needed. These four months were very pleasant, and we felt right at home. Once again, thank you for everything!

I went to BH with two friends to attend a congress at UFMG. The accommodation is very close to the institution, with easy access to public transportation as well. The place is quiet, and Fernanda is very attentive! It was a great stay, we returned home very happy with her receptivity. I highly recommend it!
