The house is located in beautiful surroundings in magnificent nature, here you will find tranquility. It was my grandparents' small farm, and it gives a sense of nostalgia. The place is in the immediate vicinity of mountains and a lake that is experienced quite private. There are salmon-bearing rivers and small game hunting for those who like to fish or hunt. (See other information). From September to April, Senja is one of the best places in the world to see the northern lights in clear weather, we are located under the northern lights oval.

This is a perfect retreat to enjoy the beauty and tranquility of nature.

Quiet and idyllic small farm with goats and chickens. Nice hiking terrain close to the farm, and easy starting point for exploring Senja. Possible to rent a boathouse with barbecue area. Authentic and romantic lodge originally built of timber and used for the first time back in 1850 as housing for as many as 10 persons. Situated between the sea and the forest and with the northern light as only light in the dark season this might be the perfect place to enjoy North of Norway. The perfect match for a couple, but will also function very well for up to four persons. It is renovated to a modern standard in 2018, with focus on maintaining the heart and soul of the old building.

Hytte på Ytre Tomasjord med fantastisk utsikt over Balsfjorden. Sitte i jacuzzien å nyte nordlyset eller ta badstu for så å avkjøle seg med et snøbad ! 55 km fra Tromsø sentrum! Cottage is 250 m from the main road so in winter times you need 4wd car for going there! Price pr night to hire the jacuzzie is 50 euro. price pr night for the sauna is 30 euro. Offer this season a rent car SUV with 4wd; Range Rover Sport for 160 euro pr day.

Cosy cabin by the sea. Located in a calm area containing family cabins. A perfect area for watching the Northern lights with no distraction from cars and neighbours. Only peace and quiet. You can drive your car right up to the cabin where you can easily park. In the winter i recommend a 4wd car because of a steep road
