Located in a quiet and familiar neighborhood, listening to the singing of birds here is routine! Equipped with oven and wood-burning stove, ideal for a family pizza round on the coldest days! In the summer the sun really heats up! The pool becomes inviting as well as sunbathing on the sun loungers! We are 20 min from the Speedway Velocittá.

Large house with spacious living room and cozy bedrooms, with one of the ceiling fan rooms. Modern, furniture-planned design in every room. As in the advertisement, the house consists of 2 bedrooms that accommodate 5 people in beds, but if necessary the house holds up to 10 people ( we have a double mattress available). The leisure area has an ample space with a barbecue area, wood-fired oven, swimming pool, freezer, tables and chairs to enjoy with the whole family.
